Good Morning guys...Big Congrats to everyone who has recently received their PPRs...

I am here for my friend today. He received a mail from IRCC to provide 6 months bank statements from his bank accounts and 6 months payslips for his place of work. The thing is, he got a gift deed from his dad for his POF, along the line, he had to transfer the money back to his dad...what's the way out for him?

Emmnk:
Hello
Please I need guidelines
I applied for my pr via fsw ee
My Aor is February 14 2020
I got an update to send an updated copy of my proof of fund .the issue now is the money is not in the account And if I get it , how best can I explain the huge deposit I I about to make.
My previous pof was gotten from the sales of my car

Was it all or only part/some of the money that was taken out of the POF account/investment?

If part/some, maybe try and use 25% of pension maybe (if PFA money is not already part of the POF).......otherwise........I no know...... maybe do a gift deed as others have suggested and hope for the best....

LOE is dicey, it may work for a clement VO who understands COVID era difficulties but may not for a strict VO.

Please guys, what is a rule that guides someone who recently received PPR?
Can the person wait for like one 6months or 1 year before entering Canada?
Am the Primary applicant, can my wife and kid enter, while I finish my project before I enter Canada?

PA must arrive first, dependents can arrive later but before COPR expiry

Congrats...I would think you pay when applying to OINP...... i.e. before your nomination by OINP when you get 600 extra CRS points and then Federal ITA.....

Will I have to transfer this amount to a Canadian bank account ?, Or just show proof that this said amount is mine and has been lodged in my account for over 3 months

Just read what IRCC requires from their website so you don’t have to keep asking and asking … google POF IRCC and their page will pop up

it's hard if not almost impossible to get pnp using the lawyer noc 4112. If you have done other jobs apart from law after graduation and you have at least one full year experience in that job, i will advise you create a profile with that.

Alternatively, if you are open to learning a new language, you can learn french to boost your score. As a lawyer, this was what i did and i have PPR now.

All the best.

Hi all. A friend of mine got LAA in June and she's post AOR ( Nov 2021) . We got talking this morning and she mentioned how she didn't include her past visa refusals in her application.

The question now is that , can she still include it and write LOE. ( her reason for not including it is that she wasn't given any refusal letter ) .

She had better act fast by raising a webform and backing it up with a LOE else rejection would be what she would be dealing with. The reason she gave is not an excuse to not indicate that she has been refused visa in the countries she applied to. Graciouswords please help out here.

What PP said!

Especially because IRCC didn't specifically ask us to provide rejection letters. If she doesn't remember the year or reason for rejection she should just document what she remembers and explain e.g. US B1/B2 visa rejection circa 2015/2016. What she shouldn't do is keep quiet and hope they don't notice. Dangerous that!
