Law dey tire and funny me at times. He got a "St Kitts and Nevis" passport before his arrest, assuming he was able to enter that country, he would have been a free man. Reminds me of Roman Polanski case, this man raped a minor, was indicted but he obtained a French passport and fled to France before he could face a grand jury, and this happened in the 70's and France has refused to extradict "their citizen" to US to face charges since then. He's been living as a free man in France even producing and releasing movies and more shockingly winning oscars.

it's so surreal...he said he was going to do a photo shoot with a 13 year girl, the girl's mother agreed, in between shoot, he said he wanted a topless photo of her and she said no, he proceeded to drug her and performed sexual acts on her. He 100% did all that. Funny enough i saw one of his movies last week here, so he's actively still making movies..The boldness. Nothing is ever black or white in law if you can bend it to your advantage.

But fleecing a multi national company of millions of dollars, you will need more than guts...you actually have to be intelligent and be detailed.

Saw a docu on fraud one time, when the "G-guy" said his "client" had home in 3 states in the US and transverse between these homes, so he had to learn all the patterns patterning to these states i.e Major banks, major streets, holidays, thier congress men, how to clone the zip codes in these states, major companies and and who are on the boards of these companies. He said he basically created a character with these information and the client thought he lived 4 streets from her for a whole year . Tell me a country won't progress if a collective put this "said guts and intelligent to good use".

And the armed robber not doing well in the war front doesn't analogy doesn't fly here because they are different scenarios.

A lot of people are not into fraud because of their dignity, not because they can't defraud.

Oga, scamming is hard, there's a reason Yahoo boys keep their formats and even sell them to aspiring Yahoo boys.you think it's easy coming up with a plan to defraud a person or multiple people.

You know how many months most of those Yahoo boys dey bomb before them catch client.
