Npower: 5 Benefits Of The *45665# Npower USSD Code Lots of Npower Batch A, B and even C Volunteers have been asking about the benefits and significance of the ussd code *45665#, the ussd code is useful in checking your status in relation to various National Social Investment Programmes rolled out by the Federal Government of Nigeria. An Npower Batch A and B volunteer can use the *45665# ussd code to check for his or her status in relation to the NEXIT package, the conditional cash transfer, (GEEP) Government Enterprise & Empowerment Programme for loan application, YESSO Skills for Job (S4J) Empowerment Programme for Nigerian Youths, and other social investment program, although some of these programmes are yet to be rolled out, Npower volunteers can always use the ussd code *45665# to keep checking for the availability status of these NSIP programs. The *45665# USSD Code in addition to the above programs can also be used by Npower Batch C and other upcoming Npower Batches to check their selection status, their deployment venues, training schedules and other information that is related to Npower both under the graduate category or the non graduate category. The *45665# USSD Code is a very powerful tool, recently the Npower Batch A and B exited volunteers have been using it to check their selection status for the NEXIT program and also to confirm their availability for the NEXIT program, the NEXIT program is strictly for Npower Batch A and B exited volunteers whereby every Npower Batch A and B volunteers will be trained on skill acquisition to boost their employability and entrepreneurial skill set to make them employers and providers of labour. |

Npower: How To Fix "Information Not Appearing After Login" Issues On NASIMS If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and after logging into the Npower NASIMS dashboard you observed that your information no longer displays or your Npower information is no longer displaying on the NASIMS portal, please expect blank pages and certain anomalies on the NASIMS website at this period of maintenance, during this period at which the website is being updated for changes, expect situations like this, most times whenever the Npower NASIMS management are trying to update certain information on the portal please be ready to expect some minor temporary network glitches. In some cases information not being displayed on the NASIMS portal might be network issues and after a while your information will start displaying, alternatively if you are experiencing this issue just go to your web browser and clear temporary cache or clear data from your browser app settings, blank information being displayed might result from NASIMS server as well during downtimes, sometimes it results from traffic congestion. Having blank information displayed on your Npower NASIMS portal is not a serious issue and after few hours and off peak periods your information should begin to display on the Npower NASIMS dashboard. Blank information will by no means affect your payment neither does it mean you have been disqualified from the Npower program, it is just a temporary network glitch, even with the blank information, your data is already in the Npower NASIMS database, so there is no cause to panic or be alarmed. |

Npower: December Payment Pending, Arears Will Be Paid When Payment Commences As we speak the Npower NASIMS management team are tirelessly working on all payment issues, regardless of your payroll status; transaction failed, time out waiting for response, invalid account, etc, if you have been paid before you are on the safe side and will be paid when December payment disbursement commences. If you were not paid at all please send your correct names, Npower ID, account names, correct account number and correct BVN names to support.nasims@nasims.gov.ng. Please if you are confident that your NASIMS profile names matches your account names and your BVN names, and your account number is correct, please you do not have to make any complain as you will be paid, please take note, your middle name is compulsory for payment in addition to another name, for example if your Npower names are David Silas Chiroma, in this case Silas is the middle name, your BVN names must be at least David Silas, Silas David, Chiroma Silas or Silas Chiroma for it to match regardless of the arrangements, at least two names including your middle name must match for you to receive payment, if your names do not match simply contact support.npower@nasims.gov.ng otherwise you will not be paid, middle name is extremely important when it comes to payment in order to avoid impersonation and banking fraud. Name mismatch asides wrong account number is the primary reason for failed payment, that is why some Npower Batch C Volunteers were paid regardless of their payroll status because their names and other accounting informations are correct. |

Npower: Avoid Change Of Name As This Can Affect Your Payment Please if you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you recently changed your name probably due to marriage or other matrimonial purposes, please send an attached document of the proof of change of name to Npower NASIMS at support.npower@nasims.gov.ng, change of name can affect your payment. If need be please avoid change of name for now, lots of Npower Batch C Volunteers' payments are being delayed because of change of name, change of name causes a mismatch on the Npower NASIMS profile, except the names on the NASIMS profile tallies with the change of name, also note that even after changing your name at the court of law, or through any notary public, you still have to change the name of your bank account details and this must match the names on your Npower NASIMS profile. To avoid these stress please avoid the change of name for now, should you by any chance change your name, go to your bank and effect the changes to reflect on your account names, then attach proof of change of name and send to Npower NASIMS together with your Npower ID for Npower to effect the changes, failure to do this would result in payment issues, and this might on the long wrong affect your Npower program. |

Npower: Wrong Bank Name Can Affect Your Payment Some Npower Batch C Volunteers have been observed to have inputted the wrong bank name on their account information in the NASIMS Npower portal, all informations are correct except the bank name. Please if you have made this mistake either knowingly or unknowingly it will affect your payment, even if other details are correct, your bank name is also an important requirement for payment, some Npower Batch C Volunteers supplied say, Bank Name: Fidelity, but provided the account number of Access, please if you are noticed you made this mistake, simply send your correct bank name to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng together with your Npower ID, the subject of your email should be "Wrong Bank Name" then the body of your email should provide the correct bank name and your Npower ID, please avoid long stories when making your complain to NASIMS Npower management. After sending your complain please do not repeat sending the same message over and over again, send your message only once, repeated message will delay the rectification process of your issue. 1 Like |

Npower: How To Fix "Transaction Not Successful" Issue On NASIMS Portal If you have not been paid November stipend due to "transaction not successful" appearing on your payroll tab, it simply means that you were paid November stipend but it was reversed due to network issue during payment causing you not to be paid. Please if you have not been paid your November stipend because of transaction not successful issue please be rest assured you will be paid your November stipend once December stipend commences. Most times network issues might come into play during payment of stipend from the Nigeria Interbank Settlement Scheme and this would lead to payment issues such as transaction not successful during the process of being credited. If you were paid previously and you are having the "transaction not successful" issue please exercise patience as you will be paid when the next payment starts, December payment will start soon, and all outstanding payments will be made during this period. |
