There is nothing special about going to Dubia. If I want to go, I won't even spend a penny. I will wait until when I am coming to Nigeria, then I will book my flight with Emirate and intentionally add 1-2 days transit through Dubia. The airline might even offer free hotel and feeding for the duration of transit.

Electrical fence is a good and safe. it helps to keep some certain level of security in your home. If you have plants that grow around your fence make sure it is properly trimmed.
They require a working power source. If you have access to the grid, that is good, and your fence is ready to go. If you make your own power, then you will need to integrate them to solar power or another source. The power consumption is still low, but it is a constant low-level drain you must keep in mind.
An electric fence must be maintained. Broken or damaged insulators can leak current, poorly grounded fencers can fail to perform, weeds and vegetation on wires can drain the voltage and negate the entire purpose of the fence, and a scared animal can run right through the fragile wire if they are spooked enough.
You also need to ensure that the fence has been properly grounded otherwise it may become hazardous or ineffective.
Electric fence can cause serious shock to humans, but it can electrocute like a cat to death in some cases.

It can be hazardous to human...just make sure the distance above the gate js about 6 inches .. then use the right materials. ...the one we installed recently killed a hug snake.

final point, which people usually don't think of....---install a timer socket with the electric fence...to automate its turning off and on...and programme it to come on at 10pm and go off at 6am. also install the power for the fence, in a discreet place. most electric fence, consume less than 1amp and this is delivered in pulses, which isn't enough to kill a human, as the human reflex will pull/jerk your body away....only way it can kill is if someone gets trapped or hooked there
