Referendum sounds like a good idea. Alternatively, the 1999 fraudulent constitution must be scrapped and a new constitution for the people, by the people must be enacted. The current system is just not working.

You make sense but Nigeria can never work. We hate ourselves too much. Fear is all that is still keeping us together. Think about this; after thousands of years of wars, every nation in Europe speaks her own mother tongue. Europe essentially is organized of tribal national lines. It is the only way to organize old societies like Europe and Africa unlike Americas. Yorubas are scare of losing their culture language and way of life if they remain inside Nigeria. That is why it is the Yorubas that will end Nigeria. Igbos don't have the confidence to do it. Besides Biafra with all its ramifications, (Igbo only passports etc.) is looking like a scary place. Igbos will organize themselves when others leave them inside Nigeria and the will prosper in their Ikenga Republic.
