[b]Kelechi is the subject of interest from several La Liga sides including Espanyol, Granada, Rayo Vallecano, Mallorca, Osasuna, Elche, Deportivo Alaves and Getafe. He’s also being monitored by several clubs in the Premier League and the Championship.

Source: https://twitter.com/footballespana_/status/1496153921198383110?t=71c4I0pyeyTBcv8xYQCIsw&s=19

& The Football Espana App.

Just studying news articles and reports on Nwakali, I could tell the problem. Kelechi Nwakali's agent had a plan from the onset. Sign a cheap deal in a club that will give him exposure. Then go for free.

I also feel there were clauses in the loan deal that caused Nwakali not to sign and the agent had better options but Huesca were greedy to let a smooth deal occur.

Kelechi Nwakali should hang in there. He will soon be a free agent and then make the right move. As long as he has a mindset of working with small fees and with being a free agent, he will stand a big bargain for a smart club.

Las las, Hating doesn't pay.

Jealousy is the root of hatred.

Jibola Adebola Bolanle Nwakali got nothing but love for you all.

Thank you for the post..

This is the same player that many are saying is indispensable to Huesca.

It's as clear as daylight, the club do not rate him at all. Even before he got back from AFCON they tried to offload him to another Segunda Division team, a league he has played in for two seasons, yet nobody wants him.

He is the second to the last lowest paid player in Huesca team.

Meanwhile TheGoodJoe is giving me a nonsensical narrative that he refused to renew his contract.

I said about a month ago that if he doesn't buckle up ,he will have his contract cancelled anf be locked out.

We now have a Midfielder Generalissimo, outstanding player who is clubless. After all the padding the NFF have done it's not worked.

Do you think the club are fools I can assure there would have a pattern of Indiscipline and other antics. I for one don't believe this is his first incident .

He just played AFCON and all of a sudden he sick while galavanting around in Nigeria.

King of bias and Prejudice.

The club do not rate him at all and offered him a new deal.

Read the report. He was really sick and was reported sick before our last game at the AFCON.

Hate small small.

Hating doesn't pay. It does not pay.

The Villarreal - Juventus game, the Capoue-Parejo combo and a Certain Midfield tactical analogy

I couldn't help but notice the Villarreal-Juventus game yesterday. Watched it and I couldn't take my eyes off the midfield workings of Capoue and Parejo for the yellow submarines.

Villarreal Played 442 yesterday. The two central Midfielders were Etienne Capoue (the more defensive of the two although boasts ball playing ability) and Dani Parejo (the more creative of the two and a genuine Playmaker).

We saw a Ball Winning CDM (Capoue) combine beautifully with a Midfield Conductor in Parejo. A hard grafter and a true orchestrator.

The duo and the Villarreal team outclassed and outpassed the Juventus Midfield and team and Dani Parejo didn't even do so much defensively as Villarreal defended as a team and used their possessive style to their huge advantage.

The stats of both players below show that while Capoue was involved in ball playing as well, he actually did the bulk of the dirty work in the middle while Parejo actually did little defensively but more offensively and his long balls stats showed how well he switched plays at moments of the game yesterday yet their MF combo didn't fall apart. Yet they dominated the midfield plays clearly out-passing the Juve side.

Even the build-up to the Villarreal Equaliser showed how well Villarreal kept the ball, recycled and kept possession ticking especially towards to the left channel of the final third. They created an overload on the left channel trying to create a gap in Juve's Defensive shape.
Parejo was at the heart of this stringing passes to and fro among Moreno, Capoue and Pedraza. They kept probing but the Juve defence shape didn't cave in so Parejo and Capoue did something beautiful.

They switched things up.

Parejo temporarily, in their next sequence of passing plays again on the left, left the orchestrating plays to Capoue so as to stealthily attack the gap that would be created in the box with Juve having keen eyes on Danjuma, Lo Celso and Chuks.

Capoue exchanged a few passes with his mates on the channels until that gap finally opened leaving Parejo, Unmarked and able to attack the gap. Capoue swiftly and intelligently picked him out in that gap and Viola!!! A simple tap in for Parejo. Equaliser.

Post the goal, Parejo returned to his orchestrator role and kept the game ticking in the middle till final whistle.

The Capoue-Parejo Midfield Synergy and Performance yesterday is again another testament to how much damage and threats a midfield having a genuine Playmaker can exert through the middle game.

The Ball Winner CDM-Midfield Conductor/Central playamker combo is tactically feasible ONLY with the right personnel having the exact skillsets to execute the tactical gameplan.

The only time in recent games I saw a Super Eagles midfield deliver a Masterclass similar and close enough to what I saw yesternight from the Villarreal MFs was in the game against Guinea Bissau. How much they created, switched plays and also had one's passing conduction compliment the hard Defensive work of the other and vice versa.

All this is just a tactical observation. And it can really become a tactical weapon for us and would be even better with a 3 man midfield approach. Not even with a 442.

Selah.

Point remains both are inactive AT THE MOMENT.

Also judging from the Afcon2021 performances, both did well.

Ekong is a NT starter but isn't seeing gametime anymore at his club. Nwakali also was a strong starter for Huesca pre Afcon until they decided to play mischievous post Afcon.
Would you throw away the logic some of you here are making to shut out Nwakali as well? That is the question.

You call yourself the one who fights double standards grin

So I wonder why you don't spot double standards as well in this funny logic. Lol

Just pointing this out to show us all that Football isn't all black and white all the way through. Finito.

P.S: And thank you for bringing up Ola Aina as well. He also haven't been getting games. So I hope folks can see this isn't all black and white.

andrewbaba44:

You cannot compare Ekong to Nwakali and you know this despite you trying to make a case here

Aina also hasn’t featured since he returned from afcon if I am not mistaken

Can you compare these 2 players importance to the eagles to Nwakali ?

New signings don bench Ekong and he will surely play soon ,e no get as e wan be

Even aina own Na sure banker ,Torino do rotate ,they are both part of their team plans and do train with their teams

You cannot compare such situation to Nwakali own

Nwakali is having issues that need to be sorted out .and yes he should not be part of the naija Ghana game ,he is not even a starter for the eagles ,so there is no big deal dropping him

Egu and amunike will decide and not me .

Passing my honest opinion respectfully .

grin grin. We have Moses in our squad . We don't need Carpenters, jebusites and Hittites..
Only one Moses, so how about the other 10 positions?

Since we have Moses to help us qualify, we might not be needing the Olise to lead us to the world cup then or what do you think?

The double standard, the bigotry , the hypocrisy, favouritism and blatant dissembling conceitedness that surrounds Nwakali is without measure.

I had high expectations for the SE and as such felt only the very best available should be deserving.

I watched how players that I haven't talked about for years where said to be ," TOO POOR" quality for the SE they were denigrated and dismissed as being abysmal.

The Championship is low quality , league one is too poor, etc. I AGREED tacitly .

But look at the players that are being touted as quality SE potential players, Nwakali brothers, Players in the backwater leagues of Europe, etc

I will tell you this one reason that Nigerian origin players find Nigeria problematic apart from the corruption, is the double standard and hypocrisy.

We were supposedly wanting Eberechi Eze come to the SE. He played a friendly indoor game to get him familiar with the SE. He was then forgotten and the Nwakali brother and others who had done nothing were invited for friendly games.

Eze was ignored for years when he blew up we suddenly remembered him. I am not surprised by his Luke warm attitude.

Ademola and Ovie have always wanted to play for Nigeria and despite the Lies the NFF are spewing about him being the cause of the delay. He will not contradict the misinformation it's the price he has to pay to play for the SE.

You say who could have been invited instead of him , you are not being sincere. There are at least 30 players from the EPL and Championship that are better options.
But the so called very best said we should qualify for the world cup.

Should we then dismantle the whole team and wait for th very best to make a conclusion before we start preparing or what is your suggestion warri Southgate?

Na who Dey bench Dey get hope of seeing game ,no be who Dey limbo.

Ekong and aina are important members of the eagles ,I can’t say so about Nwakali for now .

They are NT starters but are inactive right now for their clubs. That is a problem whether you admit it or not. Ofcoz they would make the squad but it also contradicts the logic most make here against Nwakali citing "he hasn't been active for his club post afcon".

That is double standards talk man. Say it as it is.

Also, Nwakali remains a MF with a skillset different to all the other MF players we have. He shone at the Afcon and proved he could be an important team player going forward.

And the boy is not in limbo. He is being discriminated against by his club for refusing to sign a new contract. Even the Spanish Football players Union have taken the case up and I know the lad is training on his own for now. Don't act all subtly oblivious to the facts.

Bro, as far as women issues are concerned they are people who are happily married today whose wives rejected them more than 10 times.

I know a lady who her husband started asking her out when she was an early undergraduate. It was after she finished law school, served and was looking for a job that she said yes to him. Her main complain was that the guy was short. But today they are happily married.

And that applies across all aspects of life. Some wrote jamb once and got admission. So wrote it 5 or 6 times. If No is taken as the ultimate answer for any endeavor, I bet you humanity will not make progress.

Sometimes, No could be an infinite answer.. Some people just find another means to navigate through.... That lady you mentioned, what later made her change her mind? Did the guy become rich or she didn't see another guy to marry?
And the people that write jamb many times could get frustrated and later decide to go through the back door..

I repeat again, the only thing you should spend all your time chasing is something that doesn't have an alternative... Life no suppose hard like that...

Then tell us how NFF receives funding. You don't have to call someone delusional.

As far as I'm concerned, the ministry is the major funder...other funds may come from sponsorship deals,Match bonus(from FIFA et al)

ministry of sport is not the major funder; that can't fund 30% of the whole bills of the NFF, that's the just the pure truth; aiteo pays the coach,FIFA plays the player; even the technical crew, scout are not paid by the ministry of sport they're paid directly by NFF. If ministry of sport have been funding them, then am sorry we won't be able to afford all the tournament we've been playing and I called Joe delusional cos the truth is very glaring and he knows the truth but prefer to stay with his own imaginations

Pinnick said with the partnership, the NFF has become 75 per cent self-funded, stressing that the desire of the federation is to become 100 per cent self-funded.

https://dailytrust.com/air-peace-signs-n1-2bn-sponsorship-deal-with-nff

This was before the 500 million deal with MTN and I can tell you confidentially NFF is 90% self funded now
Ministry of sport contribution is just a meagre.

Man, come on. The world and life itself won't move for anyone. You need all the mental toughness to kick on and make the world bend a little to your own will.
I understand we don't all have the same level of mental tolerance with respect to life but if you are still connected to what it means for you to still be alive at this very point in time, you won't give up.

And if the meaning of what it means for you to live is lost, then you need all the help you can get finding that meaning again. Try get in touch with more people who will walk you through this phase of terrible depression. Reach out to Chief Icon4s. I know you guys go way back. It is now that you need a support group to hang on.

Suicide is you giving up, My good man. Is this what you really want? To be a quitter on the life that was and still is a gift to you?

You have to get back to that purpose... that one reason that makes life meaningful for you.

Suicide is not one escaping this world. It is one giving up. It is one quitting on a gift he couldn't even give to himself. So my good man, don't take that path. Resist the urge to end your race and find your worth in life again.

It is well with you.
