TheGoodJoe:No bro. It is the presidency that funds through the ministry. The ministry doesn't have money of its own. Saying that is similar to saying that ASUU is striking against the ministry of labour for not paying them or that the ministry of works funds road construction. Besides you have deviated from the point. My point is that NFF is not in charge of sports development but the ministry which has the funds. The budget you posted concours with my statement. |

Danielnino00:You also have forgotten our argument. Didn't I quote you with the long statement stating that NFF is not self sufficient? I said here that NFF depends on government funds to do its job firstly. Then they get a paltry sum while the ministry gets a huge amount. I said that the job of NFF is national team and pro football regulation, while the ministry which allocates billions for grassroot development is doing nothing, apparently. |

JohnBullMySon:The NFF isn't the only sport association under the ministry...There are several others hag need funds too.. Kindly enlighten me, how's the ministry of sports supposed to take over grassroot football development and not the NFF? 2 Likes 1 Share |

Danielnino00: The thing is Nff is the most active of them all, year-in and year-out And I think there is a reason why the sport ministry is refer to as ministry of sport and youth development, while Nff is an associates of states fa, for regulating, and other aspects of football, that of the ministry is more of development and empowering the youth, so grassroots fall on sport ministry, cos that's what majority of their budget is for, Hope I tried 2 Likes |

Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Leicester City are yet to begin talks with Wilfred Ndidi over a new deal. It has been claimed that the likes of Manchester United and Aston Villa are plotting summer moves for the Nigeria international. The former Racing Genk midfielder has more than two years to run on his contract with the Foxes with the current agreement between club and player expiring at the end of the 2023-2024 season. Manager Brendan Rodgers considers Ndidi one of the key members in his squad and the Super Eagles star is seen as a player with leadership qualities having worn the captain's armband for twenty five minutes in the FA Cup defeat to Nottingham Forest this month. Given his importance to Leicester City, it cannot be ruled out that the club will attempt to open preliminary talks with the Nath Boys product over a new contract in the coming months. Regarding reports linking him with Leicester City's Premier League rivals, it is understood that Ndidi has not been directly approached over a transfer. A goalscorer in last week's Europa Conference League knockout round playoff first-leg tie against Randers, Ndidi is among the players that traveled to Scandinavia for the return leg this evening. 1 Like |

JohnBullMySon: ASSU is a union and not a department of the government. The funding is regularly channelled through the Education Ministry. |

do4luv14: Good to know you are gradually coming over it. Truth is that the world is a very cruel place and we have all had our various forms of challenges both in the past and in the present. One thing I know is that no condition is permanent. What you are passing through is a phase that most of us passed through. Thank God the two of us attended same secondary school so you will have an idea of the kind of background I am coming from. No condition is permanent bro and you need to stay alive to be able to change your condition. Pray to your almighty father in heaven, he answers prayers. 8 Likes 1 Share |

do4luv14:How are you bro. I followed your statements and I'm happy you got good feedback on this forum. You're on the right direction. I'll share with you a tip. One of the ways I handle my disappointments is to review my goals and set new ones. If you don't have what keeps you looking forward, you'll keep thinking about your past. How you handle setbacks matter a lot. Identify what you like to do and set goals with it. It helps you to face forward. Set realistic goals too. You can actually get depressed if you set to do what will be too difficult for you. You'll be fine bro. Incidentally i was playing "Let's love" by David Guetta and Sia when. I saw your comments (Sia's lyrics inspire me, lol) So this lyrics are for you. My little cent I swear you're safe, this too shall pass This too shall pass, this too shall pass And we'll get through it all together We'll get through it all together (David Guetta, Sia) 2 Likes |

JohnBullMySon: As I said, it is still the Ministry of Education that funds the ASUU members. They are under the Ministry of Education. What you are trying to say is that no one works under any Ministry. No Civil Servant works under the Federal Ministry of Works, Labour, Education, Health, etc. They work for the Presidency. They work for the Ministry. They are under the Ministry and are funded by the funds of the Ministry. The Ministry of works fund road projects from their budgets. FINITO. |
