A brief history of my journey with Umidigi brand.

I migrated from tecno to Umidigi around 2020.

I started with a7 pro, then A9 pro, i have no issues with these devices. Am patiently waiting for Umidigi bison gt2 pro to come out, i will sell off my A9 pro.

Note: i wanted to migrate to a11 pro but it wasn't much of an upgrade to me.

I dey fear umidigi sha, once the phone just get small issue, just forget about it

I'm about to place and oder for umidigi phone and i don't know which one to choose from. between (umidigi a11 and power 5) which one would you recommend?

I don't believe phone go just get fault just like that. People will always come online and state the issues they're having with their phone but they always hide how they handle the device. 90% of people are careless with their phone.

exactly. the way I see people using phones in Lagos here ehn, I just dey open mouth. later they'll say umidigi is this and that. my friend has changed his iphone screen three times due to carelessness. phone falls from his hand almost everyday. everywhere I look around me, I see people handling phones carelessly. I've been using my A7pro since december, 2020 and no single issue. my phones usually last and one of the reasons is because they rarely fall from my hand. I no get money to dey buy screen up and down

I know why i said 90%, person go buy new phone within 2months the phone go Dy like scrap. Majority don't know how to take care of their device. Ever since i started using smartphone, i haven't had any broken screen and the funny part is that i don use screen protector .

The bottom line is for us all to handle our devices with care.

Yeah because we Africans hate to explore, we don't like to try new things, we are already contented with the little we know.

I can't go back to tecno again I've used their phone multiple times, i tried Umidigi and i was convinced.

yeah, I recommend Emily 22 but he stays in Lagos, he changed my screen early this month and also dash me another porch and a screen guard for my phone....

I think because they're yet to have any repair centre in the country, any issue with the phone will require you to order for the parts online

Good day house, My Umidigi A7 pro battery is swelling to the extent that the back cover of the phone has been completely removed. I'm presently using the pouch to hold it together and it's still swelling on a daily basis. Please, where can I get a original battery to change the swelling battery. It's urgent please.
