6) Dont try to look like a bouncer in 2 months, you can still be gyming at 60.. Build your tolerance level..
7) Finally, for those who dont have fat, whey protein helps, but i prefer raw eggs( take at least 2 raw eggs after the day's session. You can add milk to the raw eggs to make it sweeter and more nutritious) ..

As for gym, rest day is very important. Those muscles will develop while you are resting not when you are lifting those weights. Pick one day in seven days and on that day, don't go to the gym, just take long walks.

Maybe we need to differentiate between TALKING about your problems and SEEKING SOLUTIONS for your problems. Or is it the same thing?

Men by default are solutions driven. If they won't get real tangible help for their problems by sharing with another, they won't bother because the whole effort will seem a waste of time. When a woman shares her problems with a man the man rushes to offer solutions, something that isn't welcome because the woman is simply sharing for sympathy and understanding, not really looking for help. When men are going through problems they won't share because "sympathy and understanding" is well and good but the problems remain unsolved and will keep nagging at the problem-solving nature of men. Hence men don't bother talking to anyone about what they're going through. Most of the times men need solutions not just to be heard. It would be better to give men the tools to solve their problems rather than invite them to "open up".
