Jonathan increased the nation's foreign reserve and also offered an affordable cost of living. Where is the wastefulness? Between the foreign reserve and the cost of living, did Jonathan improve one at the expense of the other? I ask again, where is Jonathan's wastefulness?

Why are we still importing crude oil products?
Why aren't the refineries working?
Jonathan was wasteful but Buhari has proven even more wasteful.
