once those civilians leave those cities, fire and brimstone will rain on the Ukrainian army that's why they are doing all they can stop civilians from leaving. There countless videos of Ukraine national guards shooting civilians trying to escape. They tag them saboteurs and shoot them dead, sometimes entire family.

Russia can only guarantee that the civilians will be accepted into Belarus and Russia. Poland aren't allowing Asians and Africans in according to the blacks making videos and posting online from Ukraine
