Paypal is a money transfer platform and not a card settlement platform. Nothing concerns the usability of Unionpay with Paypal

How many international websites/platforms have it alongside MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover etc. How many do you know of so I can run a verification. Using Nigeria and west African countries as a case study, how many banks are issuing the card as physical or virtual cards?
