Guessing, the scheduling of appointment was an old system and they’ve decided to stick with Thursday’s now. Dropped on the 28th and got the note to come on any Thursday. This is just me guessing, I can’t say for sure

So I picked up my passport from DHL today. The option they ticked for me on the letter was to schedule an appointment.
I submitted on the 24th February and the letter is dated 28th February. I got the pickup email yesterday 7th March.
The letter doesn't tell me why they need me to schedule an appointment o. I was hoping to get some pointers from the letter

Same here, it didn’t say why. They also didn’t request for any document except passport. Just try to go for the interview on Thursday. I don’t see any option for a follow up so I’ll just show up.

Was anyone here at the DHL office today? Something is definitely happening there. The security lady at the door claimed the queuing machine was not working, so we were writing our names on a paper list. The people attending to us were calling people by their names and taking their sweet time, ever so slowly. The hall was full and people were complaining about waiting over two hours when those who came last month barely spent 30 minutes. Only for their manager to come and when people complained to him, he initially said the machine was faulty (maybe his staff told him so) next thing, the manager tried the machine, and it was working. Looks like the staff were purposely taking their time so people would offer them something to skip the queue. It also turned out that they were calling from various lists, omitting names and people at the bottom of some list had collected and left while people at the top were still waiting in anger. There was complete mayhem at some point as everybody was shouting

No it wasn't in the email. The email only tells you that your passport is ready to be picked up at DHL.
The instruction letter to schedule an interview or show up for an interview is included with your passport when you collect it.

I applied since last year July for a family of 5 for April 21 2022 but I got a mail saying it has been fast forwarded to March 2022,now my confirmation page is indicating only 3 people,the other 2 were booked for the following day.should I do?

Option C is for student visa ma’am , I think the answer is D just wanted to be sure.

I tire, I tried to contribute to the group also, just found I was removed just like that, so they want us to beg or what? LMAO

The IW was created for us to help each other out but sadly, we now have a bunch of overzealous newly appointed admins who believe he/she can remove people out of the group without any prior notification. By so doing, you are tolling with people's chances of getting a date which is completely unfair. The group was much better and organised before now. It's sad to see that it was those who craved to be a part of the group that are now trying to play mini gods.
So sorry you were removed without prior notification, we will all get a date hopefully. This is a very sensitive time for everyone. I hope you get back in. If they are worried about agents getting in, a background check would be appropriate before boothing anyone out of the group.

I never knew they can reschedule appointments forward lots of people got their appointment rescheduled backwards. Did you do anything to get that ?

@silversheep mine shows issued since 2nd of March. No pick up mail yet

I wonder why it's taking so long!!!
