Two Nigerian languages out of four is quite impressive.

However, diaspora Igbos are not so passionate in speaking the language outside our homeland and there really should be a serious advocacy on this. We can't have such a rich culture, tradition and history yet shy away from our heritage.

That's why I like Indians, they have a terrible accent yet it doesn't make them to stop identifying with their language.

Those people in North Africa have their national languages. Arab is not seen as African language.

Libya have 3 or 4 tribes but I have never hear them speak another language like we do in Nigeria

Read about arabization of north Africa. Do you know that ancient Egyptian language is different from the so called Arabic Egyptian language?

The arabian culture is ingrained in most of their culture, it's what they've been speaking since the 8th century, and the language has diffused into their own indigenous language. Most of them speak different versions of arabic and the way they pronounce some words differ from each other.
