Someone must have gone there with a cigarette..

Tips on how to fetch fuel from a fallen tanker

1.. after the tanker has fallen, observe for like 2hrs.

2.. Arrange some coolheaded non smokers to aid you with the fetching.

3.. one person should be the one fetching and distributing to others at some meters away. Reason here is to avoid much casualty and for damage control.

4.make sure everyone uses plastic buckets.

5.. don't be too greedy..100litres is enough don't fecth as if you want to open a filling station grin
