I had the same thing since 2002 until I did surgery in 2008 to remove it at UBTH benin after using so many drugs since then I have been fine mine used to bring out puss it is caused when you remove the hair outta your eye lash and infection sets In.... my dear do the surgery i had to deal with mine for 5years straight.....peace

That is called a 'Stye'. You really do not need an medicine but to just perform a 'warm compress' on the affected eye. Simply use a clean towel or cloth, dip into warm water and apply on the eye. Do this consistently and you should be fine within days.

It is called chalazon. When did you notice it?
Is it too big?
If it's just recent and not too big ,try hot compresses as therapy to ease the flow of glands on that region and gradually it will dissolve. Antibiotics wont remove it.

Listen ....pls dont do any surgery... I have something like that...years ago...they say it's cause by excess oil or something block the passage of oil leading to inflammation something of this nature cant really remembered. But the bottom line is this; i only used original Ampiclox 500mg..recommended by our family doctor..
and within a month or so...I started seeing changes...before I knew it....everything was cleared.... For now stay clear of oily food....

I was told that the surgery could be risky cus of it's position and incompetence of some surgeons...my relative died as a result of doctors error during pregnancy (cs) and other news I heard.... so I think since it's not giving you sleepless nights, why don't you let it go.... dem no dey buy eyes for market and after sorry it was a mistake, the sue,the killing etc,eye wey don go don go

If you are to go the antibiotics path, please see a pharmacist to recommend one for you. Walk into a pharmacy and ask to see their pharmacist before buying any antibiotics for it.

You have oily skin like me. Be extra vigilant about the cream you use. Make sure to wash you face regularly during the day.
Carry a face towel (not a handkerchief). It's one outcome of having oily skin. If you can, avoid makeup.
For oily skin people, anything that blocks the "free flow of the oil" will lead to swellings; this our bodies way of removing impurities. If you block it, the impurities gather elsewhere.
Use make up/cream that's made for oily skin. The good ones don't block the pores.

Just visit the hospital,you were referred to and commence your treatment. Goodluck.

This is chelation.
In my own case (2014) I was given some antibiotics both injection and tabs and it disappeared.
I used maxi-vision at ikeja.
I was also given one photochromic glasses like that (I don long throw-way he glasses )
It is usually caused by dirts. Mine was dust when I was transferred to KD.
You'll be fine, it's nothing to be worried about.
