Bleep Nigeria, Bleep nepa. If you have the cash go this way. This is 10kw 5m set-up. We don't even load up to 3kw of total load on this boy. 24/7 light all year round.

It's horrible,to say the least. I left my ship yesterday in the evening some I could take some stuff home. I also took some say 15 litres fuel along. In my area in Lagos, these broncos NEPA supply power around 11 -12 midnight. Got home and as usual,no light.
Lay on the bed after showers hoping power would be restored by midnight,no way. It then dawned on me that the lower grid is down nationally and I was so so tired to go downstairs to switch on my generator.
I couldn't sleep well as the heat kept waking me up until about 4am and I quickly dashed right back to ship where I have power and AC 24/7

A lot of Nigerians, since they were born about 20-25 years ago, have never known what regular power is all about regardless of constant power supply!!!!
Nigeria should be closed down as a country!

Your aim is to derail this thread unnecessarily...

You responses have been incoherent to my own comments..

Make you people stop this mentality of coming to online daily just to look for who to attack or blame.

Even if you want to fight with others, you can politely put off your cloth without tearing it just for you to prove you are indeed ready to fight, your opponents might be discouraged in such fight cos the first thought go be like, Na so it dey start, it has already started.

I laugh at some of us calling for devolution of power and how clueless our leaders are to make Nigeria work.

The honest truth is this, and until we all understand this fact, we'd keep running in circles while forgetting to plot ways to truly liberate ourselves from these shackles and contraptions.

Listen...

Nigeria isn't a country or nation but a business, company, or farm set up, controlled by the British with a laid down template which we adopted and call a constitution.

Sadly enough, even the Politicians or so-called leaders aside from being clueless about this arrangement or obvious facts are also victims of this same evil set-up knowingly and unknowingly.

Anyone who rises up in an attempt to tilt or stem the tide of this evil British business won't even make it to the corridors of power and if per-adventure he/she finds a way up there to begin the work of undoing their corporate set-up, that individual will be taken care of or put to eternal sleep.

Nigeria isn't independent by any stretch and had never been arranged to work for her inhabitants.

We need to get on as a people, get back to the drawing board, find out where we missed it, realise our common enemies aren't "Afonja, Ipob, Arewa" or whatever and be honest in our push to reclaim our land and plot a way for us devoid of any external control in whatever shape or form.

Putin is fighting for the future of his country and her sovereignty and we are all witnesses to how this is going with him being demonised and isolated. But the truth is, even if the present Russian citizens a low themselves to get so brainwashed by propaganda so as not to see what Putin is fighting for/against, in years to come, the future generation of Russians would wish Putin was still alive and will forever immortalise him for being a true Nationalist and a leader.

As a tip....

When they get quiet to your sufferings, lamentations, killings and all, just know that it favours them. However, when you see them sanctioning, screaming and crying blue murder, just know that you are doing the right thing for your people and it's hurting them...e.g Gadaffi etc.

We are just starting in our suffering and dependence. Let's all wait until our current benefactors (China) get well-grounded enough on our land, begin to demand repayment of our loans, and they decide to just unleash 10% of their population on us. Na that time we go understand the difference between Khaki and Leather...

I rest my fingers...

Nigeria will only get worse...

There is a deliberate reason why every successive government in Nigeria turns up worse than the previous government.

We all go dey alright laslas

When people talk about disintegration of the usless contry some of u go against it..
For over 60years of independence there is not growth no success..
Nigeria is the only country in the world that experinces sudden power outage without warning.. they can take it anytime even in thick hours of the night.
Do this in other country and have urlsef to blame.

But ehen people talk abt seperation some u go against it and even mock them.
Lets all continue to be stupid

From the time of its installation, how long did your solar power inverter last before it started developing problems?

It’s not really having problems, it’s just that the power demands have increased and the system cant keep up.

We have been using solar for about 5 years now, and we had to change batteries from regular lead acid batteries to lithium batteries (LifePO4).

This explanation is appreciated. Lithium-Ion batteries seem to be the way most experienced solar power users are heading as conventional lead-acid batteries prove susceptible to that diminishing longevity issue.

I understand the feeling brother.my major problem now is the noise from my neighbours generator,it is just excruciating,if I be bad person,I for just mix soap and oil pour for inside their generator when them don go work later today. As a neighbour you should have feeling for others, not only you that have generator.put it off after sometime especially in the night to enable others sleep.

Exactly, mine doesn't go beyond 11pm, knowing fully well how my neighbours would be trying to catch some sleep at that particular hour, not minding how heaty and sweaty my whole apartment is. Most times I resolved to fanning the kids in their bed, I can't watch them sweating like that and also I couldn't deny my neighbours of catching their good night sleep. Its a jungle outchere. May God help this country

I see no reason why your neighbor should consider putting off his Gen because the noise makes you feel uncomfortable. There's power outage n just like you've said, he might also be working n he or she needs constant electricity to plbe productive. We all have our needs and aa such cannot impose our own choices on others.

Have you blamed this government for what is currently happening in Ukraine?

I still don't understand why some of you people come online with only intentions of attacking, accusing and abusing others daily. It's all glaring in your comments history.

Blaming and wailing is now becoming generational things in Nigeria most especially from the opposition.. And the truth is , I have never opposed any government in Nigeria before, I don't like to play the role of opposition as a Nationalist..

Infact if Pdp wins in 2023, na to admit the new reality and support the government to succeed not looking for anything to vindicate evil wishes.

When I first became active on this forum, the first set of people who attacked and trolled me are the then opposition who are now in Apc cos I did not only support GEJ's government, I defended it as well but as for reelection, nah, I backed out, same as Trump.

Back to this thread, if you read it carefully, I have listed the possible causes, thinking and mentality of average Nigerians and Politicians with possible solutions to the epileptic power supply.

That should be the role of any opposition party or group only if they have good intentions....

Go and give 50 naira to toddlers and tell these lies to them

5 million? How many people can even afford 500k ?
You probably don't know how financially broken majority of Nigerians are sir.

When news filtered in that Nigeria is the headquarters of poverty it sounds insulting but it's a bitter reality

Me personally, that's my only grievance with Atiku which I don't think I can ever forgive him for that.

If he had at least made reasonable efforts when he had the portfolio then, the epileptic power would have reduced by far .

Inviting Mikano, generator company to come and add to the woes. What fuckery??
but your likes have been clamoring for osinbajo to be president but this administration is also run by him. As o remember, atiku was vp not the president.
