I don't have a problem if it's just one military base. For instance the U.S in Germany. But how can a country have 7 foreign military bases for God's sake?
And see how Nigeria is surrounded by U.S troops from every corner. Cameroon, Chad, and Niger had to run to the U.S for protection against BokoHaram. But tell me, how many BokoHaram have the U.S soilders killed till date?

Those countries going to the US are just stupid to be honest. They don't have any sense of pride to be honest, Nigeria is one of the few proud black nations in the world. Boko Haram is just politics, if not who are they that we can't finish them in months.

I pray no Nigerian president allows any country create base here, we just have to work on our economy, if we can do that and increase our budget, I believe we are good to go.

No and No..... The majority of APCs/MRAPs in Sub Sahara Africa are either Russian or South African made.... South Africa is by far and I mean by far the largest arms exporter in Africa...

Also the UN does not convert anything, nations choose to deploy their troops on UN missions like MONUSCO, UNISFA, MINUSMA ect ect.... These vehicles are owned and operated by the country concerned and not the UN.... The UN very rarely buys its own arms.
