Kuze1: Using your hubby and kids as home ties might not be a good decision since you have the mind to bring them in later. Its best you use aged parents or landed properties or job ties |

Filanodivine: There’s nothing to lose if he does any for you. But if he’s married and/or has kids, you would SURELY NEED an affidavit of support/ sponsorship letter to prove he’s obliged to sponsor you. |

Hello Paskimoney Your mail should contain the following details: Your UCI Your application number Date of application submission Name of school Resumption date How long your application has been delayed( Dwell on this if your application has well passed the IRCC processing time and your resumption date is close). Be constructive in your mail , and do not show any kind of anger or frustration, remember its their country so they have every right to let you in their country or not, and not your own right but a privilege to you. So be polite in your mail to them and let them know you will appreciate their timely and positive response to your application so you can adequately prepare for your departure to Canada.. Of course, even parent sponsors write Letter of sponsorship and Affidavit of Sponsorship. These documents are to further prove to the Visa Officer of the sponsor's commitment to the study and living expenses of the applicant all through his/her stay in Canada, so yes your brother must provide these documents.. You know there's really no need to be rude, it was a simple and honest question... a simple yes or no would suffice, I'm new here and I just wanted to know, just so I don't miss out on most information. Next time if you would answera question properly I suggest you don't say anything at all. Teemenzo: 5 Likes 1 Share |

@Semtu.. were you able to resolve the disbursement issue? A friend of mine went to the bank and showed them her deadline for tuition deposit and the deposit was paid 48 hours later. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Teemenzo: 3:51pm On Mar 16, 2022 |
Danikcm: Firstly if you have done your due diligence, you would have taken a little bit time time to scan through this forum. Your response show who you really are. Like i said earlier, if you want answers to your immigration issues concerning study visa. Continue your journey here. You can't just come with all innocence and rub bullshit on our face. If you are ready to stay, welcome. Nonsense. Main reason why you won't see anyone respond to your post. My first time here, i didn't come to ask for whatsapp group. I stated my issues and people responded immediately. 4 Likes |

Pardon my ignorance, but this sounds as though there'd be a field in the application where I would be asked to fill in people I'd be returning back home to meet after my studies? Or does it mean if one's plan is to eventually move the wife and kids over to Canada, one shouldn't emphasise them on the form or the SOP? Kindly shed more light on "Using your hubby and kids as home ties might not be a good decision since you have the mind to bring them in later". skull4eva: |

Saloiba: Seriously i won't say the person's opinion is wrong but let ne use myself as an example. I used my wife, my job, my company and my properties as hometies but i filled in the IMM forms showing all my family members. Even though my wife will still join me but not immediately. There are many means to show hometies, not just family members alone. |

I understand what you're saying, I Saw on YouTube someone saying nairaland gives good info, so I joined. The only reason I asked that whatsapp question was cause I felt maybe there might be more info or another platform we're it would be easier to communicate, that's all. I just wanted to clearmy mind, whether there was another platform or not. If you don't ask you won't know. Nothing malicious Teemenzo: 1 Like |
