Hello house, I discovered this after I had submitted. My situation is I have a previous Masters in project management from the UK; this was in 2009. I have applied for a Masters in the same course but with a data analytics direction in Canada. The primary reason I’m going this route is because my 1st child is presently in senior secondary school and I want to prepare for when she will be going to University so that the huge university fees can be reduced for herself and her siblings. I’ve been to Canada before on a visiting visa as I have an older sibling who is a medical doctor and a Canadian citizen. I also indicated that I would be living with her for the duration of my 2-year course.

I tried express entry but age is no longer on my side as I am 43. I stated in my application that my husband is my home tie as he will remain in Nigeria for the duration of my studies; the plan is to apply for him and the children after I receive mine. I got an Mpower loan to support my application for my entire school fees and have about N10m of my own money as I indicated that I am self sponsored.

I have been in my present job for a 10years period and provided supporting documents from my office and details of property owned by my spouse. I applied via the new portal. I’m just a bit apprehensive looking through the previous posts and wondering what my chances are

There’s nothing to lose if he does any for you. But if he’s married and/or has kids, you would SURELY NEED an affidavit of support/ sponsorship letter to prove he’s obliged to sponsor you.

Your UCI
Your application number
Date of application submission
Name of school
Resumption date
How long your application has been delayed( Dwell on this if your application has well passed the IRCC processing time and your resumption date is close).

Be constructive in your mail , and do not show any kind of anger or frustration, remember its their country so they have every right to let you in their country or not, and not your own right but a privilege to you. So be polite in your mail to them and let them know you will appreciate their timely and positive response to your application so you can adequately prepare for your departure to Canada..

Of course, even parent sponsors write Letter of sponsorship and Affidavit of Sponsorship.

These documents are to further prove to the Visa Officer of the sponsor's commitment to the study and living expenses of the applicant all through his/her stay in Canada, so yes your brother must provide these documents..

@Semtu.. were you able to resolve the disbursement issue? A friend of mine went to the bank and showed them her deadline for tuition deposit and the deposit was paid 48 hours later.

Or does it mean if one's plan is to eventually move the wife and kids over to Canada, one shouldn't emphasise them on the form or the SOP? Seriously i won't say the person's opinion is wrong but let ne use myself as an example. I used my wife, my job, my company and my properties as hometies but i filled in the IMM forms showing all my family members.

Even though my wife will still join me but not immediately. There are many means to show hometies, not just family members alone.

Please house dose Centennial college demand for application fees before application submission?

And what are the required documents for PGD in Global Business Management?
