No, where i stay, there is an intra network for electricity. We buy our meter recharge cards from the provider. They run both Gen and Nepa. We don't even know when it is Gen or Nepa, all we know is that there is light 24 hrs.
But their charges are obviously higher than your regular electricity.

Bro, I blow gen from 7pm till 6am whenever there is not light. It's no fantasy to me. I just can't imagine my kids sleep inside heat. Even myself, I hardly ever get to sleep in the afternoon, so night sleep is compulsory. The money ain't not big deal.
