MangekyoAlt:leave this your epistle of blame and focus on the real issue on ground. Queen Catherine annexed Crimea in the past and Puttin is towing the same path now which is not something new to the Russians and also to the Ukrainians which is the recipient of this their madness. Russia's led USSR invaded Afghanistan back in 1978 and installed their preferred president, and they were strongly repelled by America and the rest of the world which is one of the major catalyst that led to the collapsed of the Soviet Union. So it is not lost on so many of us that at the end,Russia will still fail on this ground. however, you blaming the west is what I find more annoying, and the sole reason is because of your hate for the USA not because of your love for Russia..... 4 Likes |

quickly:Story!! DO they actually need to make announcement before entering the war. They are sending there best weapons(except nuclear warheads)and getting there ass whopped. If they officially join the war and loose like they lost against talibans. It will be the ultimate disgrace to them. America has joined the war in Ukraine, under the guise of volunteer fighters and humanitarian support(which is basically budgeting huge sums of money for millitary hardware) , and they are loosing. For idiots that usually like to argue blindly https://www.aljazeera.com/amp/news/2022/3/11/us-congress-gives-final-approval-to-13-6b-ukraine-aid-budget 1 Like 1 Share |

quickly:Military experts that have studied Russia and have collaborated with Russian army for years are saying Putin can't order use of nuclear weapon should NATO step in cos it will mean an end to Russia, so to what end? To please one man Putin? Some are saying such orders from Putin won't be carried out cos the army commanders know the huge consequences. Meanwhile, if NATO had intervened militarily, Putin would have called for dialogue cos if he escalates, it means bombs and missiles will be dropping in Russian cities which will open his secrets to Russians he had been deceiving that there is no war going on in Ukraine. It will expose his deceit and cause Russians to revolt against him because they will know Putin just want to destroy the whole Russia for a needless war to massage his balls. US President failed Ukrainians. In 1994, US convinced Ukraine to hand over all their nuclear warheads to Russia, promising to protect them against any external aggression, even Russia promised never to invade Ukraine should Ukraine hand over their nukes to Russia. They deceived Ukraine. If Ukraine had their nukes today, Russia wont dare invade them. All Biden needed to do is to remind Russia of their agreement and the US promise to Ukraine in 1994 and that would back US to intervene militarily together with NATO. Joe Biden is a coward, he allowed Putin’s empty barkings to intimidate him. Joe Biden have bartered US image starting from his last year's sudden withdrawal of US army from Afghanistan leaving behind sophisticated US munitions for Taliban 1 Like |

How stupid it is that Nigerians who their mothers never saw war, who read about weapons and rejoice in glee at the names, are taking sides in an unfortunate conflict. No nation should be supported to invade another nation. Be it America or Russia. Now the Russians are doing just that they must be criticized and vilified. This is not a case of western propaganda, this is a case of world survival. Alot of you are so daft that you haven't been able to research and learn what a full blown war between nuclear powers will mean for you. Well it's possible you lots are so frustrated that dying with others will be a reprieve from your useless lives 5 Likes 1 Share |

Basicend:Says who? You sit behind your keyboard and type opinions from your ... Why do you think a country is referred to as a world power? You thinks it's because of jets and rocket launchers? Do you know what a nuclear weapon is? Every country in the world has always struggled economically. We all know the USA mounts the largest military budget in the world, no one contests that but in an event of a nuke war ( which the USA will never allow happen. They love their high rise buildings too much) Russia will do as much damage as the USA. There will be no winners because the damages will be incomparable 1 Like |

Since America is a toothless bulldog Russia should humiliate them by sending one missile to American soil. America. values one of her citizen unlike Russia that's why they can boldly talk about the use of nuclear weapons 2 Likes |

Unless humility means another thing to our amiable ignorant writer. 1. America is not losing any damn shit in the ongoing war in Ukraine rather Russia's economy is being squeezed to the barest. 2. The war in Ukraine is a pure trap for putin as it stands now just like they where trapped in Afghanistan. 3. Rather Europe is feeling the heat for their hypocrisy. 4. America,EU,Ukraine and Russia are pure evil but always go for the lesser devil with a long fork. 1 Like |

Dalil8: U Putin goons are so daft. U mean u read that piece and this is what u understood?? Now let me spell it out to u, that article is tying to tell u that the US is beginning to take it’s alliance with it’s allies more serious, meaning they are strengthening their alliances and this could spell doom for Russia and her allies, who had earlier capitalized on the strained relationship between America and her allies. America is doing this for a purpose, there’s a bigger plan, a much bigger counter invasion looming 2 Likes |

MangekyoAlt: Just like Putin said after the fall of the USSR, Russia lost confidence and that changed the balance of power. It is the reason he called it the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of 21st century. Russia became powerless and the reason they could control the person before Putin. The great Putin has brought back that lost glory and restore the pride of the Russia nation. There is no move they will make that Russia won't know, so overthrowing a russian president either militarily or otherwise is beyond them unless they want a nuclear war. Just like you said Putin genuinely wanted to be friends with them but to the Yankees a friendship with Russia means no more wars. Or how else do you expect them to sell wars to the American people without enemy. An imaginary enemy must be created to fight a war. Russia is stronger today all thanks to Putin and the cowards will never even attempt to attack them first because they know what she is capable of doing. God bless President Putin we love of for bringing balance of power to the world. 10 Likes |

Drenimarcus:I read yesterday they're offering Nigerian students admission into their schools. An African alliance without any of these countries; Nigeria (due to our population), south Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya won't be highly effective. I'm Igbo and highly sentimental with biafra, but if honestly Nigeria can harness its full potential in science and technology while carrying everybody along, we will certainly rub shoulders with other world powers, and nobody will want to leave this country. At best we will do away with the British name 'Nigeria ' 7 Likes 1 Share |

China and Russia are trying to disrupt the world order in order to influence change in power shift in the last few months. China started with introducing covid 19 and now Russia trying to unnecessarily fight Ukraine. This Ukraine war is a bait. Russia and China are waiting for America to dive in so that they can nuke. America has far more to loose. They have more resources and technology than Russia but in a war. . Things will go. That's why they are trying to avoid casualties. Russia is relatively poor and can afford to loose anything in this case. Get it. It will take Russia many years to recover from this war already due to sanctions. 3 Likes |

On the issue Of poor withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan i will rather blame the US generals that carried out the actual withdrawal than Biden ,even if they were given just 2 months notice ,it could have been enough to withdraw with all their men and equipments |

Which makes me wonder if it was Russia who was in their shoes what would do they have done? Maybe Putin would stupidly dabbled into the war thereby leading to a WW3 and severe loss of lives globally Truly America is world power and the only super power 2 Likes |

Simplelion: Military generals can be replaced within minutes but destruction of lives and properties will take generations for it to be reconstructed. The truth is Ukraine are losing take it or leave it. US and NATO is on the sideline monitoring the advance weapon that Russia will use so as to improve there's, canada is taping on human resources in the name of helping with refugees all this will increase there human resources . Take a look at southeast after they lose to the FG no meaningful development again in that region. They have turned to begger for FG to do any meaningful project in that region. Am not saying that war is good or that Russia are right but in the long run Ukraine will pay for every military equipment that the west gave to them and no nation will help them rebuild there nation. If u understand international politics well you will know that there is no free lunch. |
