I apply for a Schengen conference visa last year but was denied reason been that there are reasonable doubts as to the reliability, the authencity of the supporting documents submitted or the veracity of their contents.

Documents summitted includes:
1. Travel insurance with 30,000 euros
2. Filled form
3. conference invitation letter
4. marriage affidavit, child birth certificate, family pictures and work pictures
5. South Africa visa page
6. Old passport bio data page
7.company introduction letter, self introduction letter, consent letter from my husband
8. hotel booking
9. flight reservation
10. conference evidence of payment

Can i apply again as under tourist or conference visa and what is my chance of getting the visa this time around?
I want to travel to Dubai from there to France
