The naked hypocrisy and bigoted double displayed by so many here is off the scale. It blatant and SHAMELESS.

I was waiting to see people slate and condemn Uzoho for making us loose the world cup spot.

But NO not a word, his error is significantly worse than the error of Okoye the ball went under his body Thar's a Huge gafg and school boy error.

Okoye error was that he was not able to get enough force on a ball that bobbled just before his hand got it to it.

The hypocrisy here is just without measure.

I disagree they are not both the same, Uzoho is worse.

So sad

Look at these idiots on radio blaming NFF for the team list. Was it not the same squad Rohr won bronze with? Nobody came out to talk about NFF influence when Rohr was in charge.

We were bragging, we make mouth, we needed to be humble bla bla bla, other European teams brag, make mouth even, they still win 95% of their matches.

Na only when Nigeria brag we dey loose match ko.

Biko we don't have coaches, we have never had a coaching team that has worked. Even the 1994 whatever team, we have never had a good administrative body too, a structure with a proper educational football system, inculcating philosophy and technical football education in age grade, school, local clubs and national team, we must take football for the profession it is and give it the necessary structure it deserves, our talents will never flourish, we only rely on individual players and how much they push us.

Overall the whole footballing system needs a proper structure, and the plan for the next two world cups and next 4 nations cup should begin in earnest, we should forget short term success and create a proper footballing culture and system. Till then we should accept whatever crumbs we see, and circles of failures with a sprinkle of success once in a while.

Loose to italy, loose to denmark, loose to Argentina over over, loose to ghana, loose to Cameroon, loose to north African teams over and over again, for the past 20 decades, yet no growth in philosophy tactically and technically, no proper Structure, just a sprinkle of okocha, kano, Mikel, osimhen, vibes and inshallah..

And this for all West African teams, group stage ousting like normal, till caf sit up.

If we can’t beat Ghana in our backyard, we have no right to be in the World Cup.
We probably would have been disgraced if we went to the World Cup.
I won’t be surprised if Ghana ends up getting embarrassed in Qatar
Both teams didn’t impress.

Cameroon & Senegal lions have guts though

Normally I only watch Nigeria matches for sometime now so they not going to the world cup means less data to stream.

Just don't let it affect your work please.

They're saying NFF didn't give Eguavoen free hand. They're just making excuses for the guy. They never said this when Rohr was in charge.

No one cares if Nigerians watch or not ...fruitful teams have punched in their tickets

This warmth is lacking in the SE. See Alves hyping Martinelli. Nelli too knows it's a worthy opportunity to play alongside such a legend.

Come to SE, such atmosphere is lacking. Feels like Mercs Central.

He's a defender so it's not so unlikely. I like the guy. He's very passionate about the team. Some people say foreign borns lack commitment and passion but it's always the foreign borns who cry endlessly when we lose big.

Our monster machine could not convert any of those big chances.

We played with 12 men, the refree was on our side, any slight tough in the Ghanaian half like dis, referee don blow, lots and lots of fine crosses from these free kicks but our monster machine was no where to be found. grin grin grin grin

So painful.
