I think this answer will come as soon as SS pass out. I am sure of supplementary commencing this year after the first batch is done by June or July.

This time, is possible for the recruitment to proceed without exams considering the time frame.
Medical and credentials screening is compulsory. I pray all the aspiring applicants on this thread will be shortlisted.

One guy on dssc thread said the had to naked themselves and they checked them for traces of pile.
Please can u help give a summary of what the medicals would entail?

Actually I applied with O'level although I did OND but I'm yet to collect my results cos of the debts I'm owing. I'm also a tailor and I intend to do trade test certificate. Now the thing is if I go in as a tailor can I be upgraded after collecting my OND result?

don't make the mistake of applying with the lower certificate, cos you will definitely regret that , find a way to get your result and apply with your highest qualification.

The truth is whatever results you applied with is the result that will be considered.

If after securing the job with your ssce, that you OND or Bsc will be useless to the service. The only way you can be upgraded is if you get another cert while in service. That is the only acceptable means.

If you have applied already, no need to fear, upgrade is possible but not with that cert.

Just that you will serve in a lower rank for a few years till you acquire a higher certification while in service.
