I doubt Simon Ekpa -as daft and stupid as he is- is responsible for coordinating and paying for these attacks from his base in Europe! But as much as he likes running his mouth to talk nonsense, i just don’t see him willing to get as deeply involved as to shed innocent blood! The security agencies should link the violence in the East right now the way Boko Haram is known.
