Reading comments here, I can clearly see why this nation will never move forward! Citizens now support imbeciles hell bent on setting them back, instead of standing behind an elected governor making moves to better their lives. Ask them what ipob has brought to them since inception... Nothing but tall silly dreams and desolation. 2 Likes 1 Share |

I hope Soludo won't be another uzodinma and jubril in disguise? Leave these people and their Monday sacrifice and focus with the little resources you have at hand.. 2 Likes |

Many of the fools supporting the sit at home in this thread are Igbos. Stupid ones. They are against Soludo because he is bringing light but being children of darkness they are not comfortable. What has sit at home achieved for them if not more misery. Stupid things. 3 Likes |

Terrible journalism. I stopped reading immediately I saw Soludo has stopped sit at home. He said, from April 4th, there will be no more sit at home. Some journalists are just half baked. Get your facts right. Moreover, the sit at home does no one any good. It won't make Buharii to release MNK. Buharii will even be praying SE stays at home from Monday to Friday. He doesn't care as he is in Abuja eating Nigeria's money. He doesn't even care when Crude oil production drops by hundreds of thousands of barrel let alone sit at home. SE should get wise. Sit at home is killing the people not FG or Buharii. 1 Like |

MadamVanessa: I will keep saying it. Technocrats are the worst people to put in power, only a gangster can govern in Nigeria because what Nigeria needs at all levels are leaders who can disrupt the status quo. Technocrats make good commissioners, ministers, advisers etc under the leadership of a gangster! Technocrats never succeeded in Nigeria, such is the failure of technocrats in office that it is rare for them to get a second term because they are booted out of office. Shagari, GEJ, AMbode come to mind. There are only 2 ways a technocrat can succeed in NIgeria 1) you are yourself a gangster e.g El-Rufai / Fashola or you have a Political God father e.g Sanwo-Olu. If you try and run any govt anywhere in Nigeria by the book, you will fail!!! The mindset of a typical Nigerian technocrat is not in tune with the people he is trying to govern. The 1st problem with a typical technocrat is that he is used to dealing in facts and it is not in his nature to cajole, lie, make empty promises and deceive. Well to acheive anything in Nigeria you have to learn the dark arts of diversionary tactics, lying, empty promises, deceit and cajoling to buy you time and good will to actually implement YOUR plan or you will never get anything done. You have to learn how to make promises to various groups that you have no plans of keeping in order to keep them onside in order to buy time to do things you actually want to do or else they will not let you do anything. I am not ibo but I want Soludo to succeed for 2 reasons 1) if he succeeds, it forces other governors to wake up and he becomes the yardstick for performance so there is a Knock on effect in the same way Governors shifted to focus to IGR because of Lagos. 2) if he succeeds in Anambra, if will reduce if not reverse the migration to Lagos....God knows Lagos is too FULL and unbearable thanks to migration!!! 2 Likes |

In the case of touts, involve d army in the arrest. The army knows how best to drill an arrestee before handing him over to d police. In d case of ipob, Emma Powerful has exonerated ipob totally from all mayhems in Anambra blaming it on one Mr Ekpa thereby calling on Soludo to go after the perpetrators. So, there will be sanity soon |

D only thing that we make soludo last and win peoples heart is for him to dialogue with IPOB..He should not use force...IPOB is beyond what we see or hear...he should trade with caution...we wish him well. 2 Likes |

GenBuhari: Soldier's and policemen deployed in the east are doing what? Haven't you heard of news were security agents claim to kill and destabilize ipob/esn members? Nigerian government is actively fighting them but is yeilding no result, which gives more credence to the use of dialogue I earlier stated. |
