Chukwuebuka,I know what came over you and that thing is called GREED ! Your problem started when you visited your village in Alaigbo (East),probably in December period and you saw,to your astonishment the stupendous wealths your kinsmen who lived in the cities were displaying ! You saw how everybody in the village honoured these rich guys with all manners of respect;hailing them and honouring them with traditional titles ! That is when the get - rich - quick spirit entered into your soul, just like millions of other young Igbo people, and you vowed to do whatever it would take you to get rich real quick. And it was that spirit that led you to kill the man who employed you so as not to be killed by hunger. You killed and robbed him of both his life and material things. You don't deserve to live among humans ! It is a circle that will be very difficult to break in Igbo land as long as some criminals from the cities travel home every Christmas in some large convoys of ill gotten wealths to oppress the poor villagers. Young and naive Igbo guys like Chukwuebuka will continue to do the unthinkable just to get rich by "fire by force" ! 2 Likes |

If it's not a close family member you can vouch for, don't harbour any outsider. If you like let them call you a wicked person. It's not the boss's death that is even so painful because we all must die one day. It's the manner of his death, imagine the agonising pain he suffered while he lay there bleeding away to death. I am sure the death was very slow and extremely painful, all the while the murderer stood over him watching. This is why the death penalty is still very relevant. 1 Like |

My aged parents have refused nanny or house boy. My mum is 67 and dad's 77. My mum is the one driving the car, cooking and bathing my dad as he is mildly incapacitated. This kind of news is making her not to bring any outsider to come and live or work with them. She said she doesn't want any one that would collaborate with an outsider to murder or steal from them. I just have to stop insisting on getting a helper for her. |
