The first blame goes to the parents.
The family being the first form of education and morality failed completely, I don’t care where the kids were influenced, growing up, there were things I CAN never think through or consider doing because I’ll always think first what my parents will say, their voices will always restrain some actions.

Exactly. We had that in my school too (always going to US, Brussels, Germany, France. Then, Dubai came a little later when people started flocking to UAE...the Nigerian craze for Dubai was just beginning then.
And yes, we used to hear gist of how Annabel was being fingered by Jesse during school trip abroad. Teachers were loosing their guards there. Maybe the excitement of the teachers didn't let them focus on the kids and watch out for any over socialising.
But you see those kids? They were all too used to travelling abroad to all those countries with their own families during 3rd term holidays, so it didn't really freak them out the way it did the teachers.
