Good morning guys. I've been having problems with my redmi note 7 pro since on Monday.
First, it sent off while the battery was at 50+ percent. I tried to switch it on but it shows an empty battery sign with on the screen. Then I plugged it to charge and I was able to switch it on. After charging fully, the phone went off when battery was at 70 percent. I charged it again and was using the phone, then it went off again at 90 perfect. Since yesterday till now I can't even use the phone without plugging in the socket to charge, it has basically become a desktop. I tried resetting it but it only got worse. Now it keeps restarting it self and won't pass the redmi logo . But once I plug in the charger it comes on and battery is stuck at 82 percent. Once I unplug the charger, the phone goes off. Please what's the problem and likely solutions? I base in Nasarawa and Abuja, thanks
I think that should be a battery problem, try changing the battery and see if that fixes the problem.

Thanks boss, Please do you mean complete phone panel or display?

Every other thing is working fine. When the screen goes blank or gray, a tap on the top or back of the phone restores the display.
I meant the full display also Take it to a technician

How about now bro? I'm reluctant to upgrade

No bugs. Better battery in fact. For the first two days, the battery didn't charge as fast but it's back to normal now. Charges from 0 to 100 in less than an hour

Go for Redmi 10C, it should be around 72k to 75k the 4G/64G variant. Depends on store and location

Network becoming poor is because the network became poor at that moment..

The other one isn't a problem per se.
