I need a Leader who invests not save.

Meanwhile, the news is out that Peter Obi was owing contractors N 100 billion, while claiming he saved N75 billion ( It's that rubbish politicians do lodging state funds in banks to collect the interest rate he was doing and he's also a board member of that same Fidelity bank).

All these you've listed are mediocre achievements to make one hand over the largest black economy to a man.

He couldn't generate IGR, and he's busy saving...... More like he lacked ideas on what to invest in.

That hypocrisy of his talking about insecurity in the north while being totally blind and dumb to the insecurity in his own backyard is also a sign how cowardly his approach to insecurity is.

I see through Peter Obi, that's why he talks about China and dish out fake statistics and false information to divert attention from how truly empty he is.
You no get talk, is there any governor that invested more than Obi in the history of Anambra state? And he still saved a whole lot in the coffers of the state when he left. In security, Anambra was one of the most peaceful and secured states during Obi's time as governor. You call his approach cowardly yet he was the one that put an end to political thuggery and the kidnap menace in Anambra state, not even NURTW was allowed to operate when he was there, everywhere was cool until he left.

APC has made lying official so people like you have no issues with lying anymore.

Where did that news come from that he owed 100 billion? Even Obiano in the 8 years he held sway after Peter Obi never said anything like that.
You guys just lie shamefacedly and try to hood wink gullible people by tainting a man's reputation that took years to build, something I am sure even your principals envy.

Is it not also idiotic to think that Peter Obi just saved money but did not invest? Why would Peter go through the rigours of self denial and the other issue he had because he wanted to save state funds (including impeachment) and not invest the saved funds. You think Peter is your average Joe,he is head and shoulders above all the other contestants. The only person that comes close is Osibanjo who unfortunately has been tainted by the abysmal performance of this government.

Dude please grow a conscience.

Honestly... Peter seems like the last beacon of hope.... Other aspirants may be good managers but are not really trained on wealth creation aside extreme taxation drive in an already depleted economy holding the mantle of world poverty and unemployment capital, Neither have they shown to have cut cost in governance in anywhere they have handled leadership.

I can never trust any politician in this life, sha. But, how is Peter Obi going to handle security, this is my major concern. I'm very sure if this man becomes president, banditry/terrorism and ipob issue will be on another level. Tbh, Peter obi is too weak to be Nigeria President.[/quotfe]
Where has your strong men gotten you to. His State Anambra was the worst state in terms of security challenges to the extent that a sitting governor was kidnapped but when he became governor the story changed drastically and when he handed over Anambra state was the least with security challenges in Nigeria. Please take time and study Mr PETER OBI and you will know he is not the ordinary or the usual Nigeria politician. I have been following him since 2002.

These allegations and hate speaches against Obi are just above the roof.
Coincidentally, they are similar to same allegations when Obi went for a second rerun in Anambra state.

One fact is that most of these people apportioning "pandora" to his name has not actually researched on his responses and facts presented when queried about the so called Pandora.

Ask yourselves, if that Pandora Saga actually happened why hasn't EFCC done there usual knowing that he might be a fierce opponent if he emerges.

Again, we have so much been shouting for a change in the leadership status quo of this country yet some people will have the effrontery to mention the likes of Tinubu, Wike, Atiku as their most credible candidates.

It's a shame.

In reality if we really needed a turnaround, we should have been concentrating solely and heavily on Osibanjo Vs Obi because these two are more energetic, visionary, technocratic and different from what we use to see.

If the same Anambra I visit regularly is the yardstick for a great state that had a foundation laid by Peter Obi, honestly, it's nothing to write home about.

The president is the Chief HR manager.
You don’t need to know everything
That job requires one to appoint the best hands that will get things done in addition to placing Performance Indicators and Time duration stamps
you see this your statement... You're making excuses for the fail presidents, hope you know Governors too can as well be in that your HR manager Category,so their performance shouldn't be question.

Mr man you no get talk, did you visit Anambra before Peter Obi, let me also add Ngige before him? Did you visit Anambra before then? If you did then tell yourself the truth whether those two men didn't do a wonderful job. Government is a continum, Ngige came and met absolutely nothing on ground, he did the much he could in the short time he had but Obi was the one who came and really turned Anambra state around from the most archaic state to a state we could all be proud of. Which of your southwest states today apart from lagos can you say is better than Anambra today? It was what Obi did that allowed Obiano to be able to start major projects like stadium and airport because Obi tarred all the roads, electrified everywhere and made water available everywhere. Will I talk about the hospitals in the state that he renovated and got them working? What of the schools? Just look at the state university and the university teaching hospital. Anambra was not an oil producing state then oh, one of the least in federal allocation at that time yet he did all that, paid workers and pensioners on time and still saved so much money in the State's accounts when he left. I am sure before Obi's time you couldn't travel to Anambra without being worried about your security because of the activities of political thugs, kidnappers, Armed robbers and Agberos. Obi put a stop to all that. In fact one of the reasons people hate Obiano despite all that he did infrastructure wise was because he allowed Agberos to come back. Thank God soludo is going after them again. Don't let your bias for Tinubu make you resort to cheap lies about Obi, anyone who knew Anambra before Obi came knows that Obi did a very wonderful job as governor.

This is exactly the kind of rubbish mentality that put us in the mess we are in today, it's people like you that inflicted a clueless president like Buhari on the nation because you want someone that looks and acts strong. Well, here we are, your strongman has turned out to be the worst so far when it comes to security. During Jonathan's time, the kidnap of Chibok girls was such a big news because it was an extraordinary event but today almost every week, we hear of hundreds being kidnapped or killed and it's no longer big news because it's now a normal occurrence under your strongman president. The world has gone past the stage where things are done by gra gra, intellectual leaders who use their brains to fashion out brilliant ideas and solutions to the country's issues are those the world is turning to now. All these he is a powerful man argument is a very outdated and archaic way of reasoning.

Can I educate you?

Fixing the issue of insecurity in Nigeria is not rocket science.

The moment a transparent leader emerges, insurgency will be a thing of the past because clearly there is no sincerity in the fight against insecurity.

Boko Haram and banditry are the consequences of the years neglect of the masses in the north.

Their elites are only interested in looting while religion and tribalism are used to manipulate the people to keep them in perpatual squalor.

If the economy improves, most people will think twice before choosing a life of crime.

Poverty bleeds crime and hopelessness.

Peter Obi will work with patriotic security chiefs and we can get it right...
