The point you made is Osimhen should leave Napoli, as they are an unserious team.

And I'm asking you, what has Osimhen done to distance himself from this seriousness

Football is a game of 11, so Osimhen cannot do anything without the aid of his teammates. But his performances can distance him from the disasters of the club.

How has he done this?

Mbok, I am innocent. I never made such statement.

You can only excuse an exceptional player from a poor performing team. In that way, the player's performances have exceeded the team.

What exceptional service has Osimhen offered to Napoli that warrants him seeking a move from the club.

As big as Madrid is, Benzema has exceeded the club's performances to the extent they can't do without him. Is that the case with Osimhen?

Let man be humble and justify Napoli's belief in him.

Na you get time to explain to these childish people

Its not Racism if a British club side considered a British citizen ahead of a foreigner , for example if Enyimba is a top club in world football maybe in the level of Boca junior or Santos and there's a vacancy in the coaching role then cooper and Amunike both applied is it racism if enyimba choose Amunike ahead of cooper ?
TheGoodJoe:

You agree there is bias. That is my point from the start.

We are talking of the best qualified for the best positions. So saying it happens here does not mean it does not happen there. Here it is tribalism. That is why Salisu stood a better chance than Amunike. Over there it is racism, that is why Steve Cooper stood a better chance than Amunike.

Finito.

Mention one with Kolo Toure's rep and coaching history who would not get a chance. Lampard literally did nothing to get Derby Job. Same for Scott Parker. Like nothing. Southgate landed Middlesborough job without a coach badge in the Premier league.

These can not happen to any black coach.

Capital RACISM.
As far as the West is concerned, I believe rasicts are in the minority.

The main issue is the ignorance and stereotype towards Africa that leads to unconscious disrespect and disregard.

If this is true, I think you're better off channelling your energy towards securing a masters scholarship in the next two years. My two cents.

There is no Napoli match I have watched I don’t get frustrated. Non.

They don’t play to his strength. The gattuso era was worse every match I pray he gets the sack. He sure is a fighter Osihmen no doubt, so they use him to nodd long balls for Insigne and politano/whoever, he only feeds through scraps and leftovers.

This new coach is trying, apparently from his form this season but Napoli is a very useless team. I don’t know why you will have a very good clinical striker, not just that, he fights too and wants to gets on the end of every ball. His face got bashed recently and he did surgery, yet you will starve him the ball, Insigne embarassed oh my god, I want him so gonnnnn. He is the Skipper and he gets every ball and cuts inside where most of their attacks are wasted.Yet he is the team leading scorer with 16 goals in 28 matches. He is top 10 seria a goal scorer with 12 league goals, only betterd by veteran immobile 26 goals and vlahovic 23 the rest are within distance Martinez of Inter 16, Tammy 15, berardi 14, dzeko 13 meanwhile playing less eg tammy has 33 matches with 15 goals 4 ast and Osihmen has played only 23 matches yet scored a whooping 12 league goals. That is not bad at all.

They don’t put in the crosses. The Arnold’s, the Cancelos, they dont. Napoli is a useless team, take it from me, but with insigne gonn end of season, I hope the new season should be his last in Napoli, he should move over to the premier league ASAP. He will be best suited here.

You are looking at it because Enyimba is still a local team. If Enyimba is an international franchise competing for global domination. If Cooper was better, Enyimba will pick him. If Amunike was better, he will get the nod. Even Boca is still local. No top coach is going there.

isan is right. He is not looking at it as a local team. To him the word local means indigenous while to you it is a derogatory word.

Even if Enyimba is an international franchise it is still a local club in Nigeria and will favor Igbos before any other Nigerian.

In case you don't know, one of the reasons for having your own country or ethnic nation is to be first choice before anyone else is considered.

This is something a lot of Nigerians fail to understand or acknowledge.

The same thing happens in companies.
the owner/CEO will put people that have the same ethnicity as him/her as first choice before considering others.

That's one of the reasons Nigerians ignorantly scream unemployment is high when in reality they are the ones searching for jobs in companies that are not owned by people who have the same ethnicity as them or they leave their ethnic nations and search for jobs outside of their ethnic nations.

I will say Inwas surprised Lampard believed in him especially with Alli coming on board. Even after his howler, Lampard still kept him in the starting 11. It just shows it's not only ability that would define the success of any player. The support of the coach is needed as well. I just hope Iwobi uses this opportunity to consistently show what he has to offer.
Same Lampard turned Rudiger and Tomori to bench players.

The point is simple Civil Service State job and employment in Shell. Shell will be less discriminatory in their selection, unlike the State Civil Service Employment. When I called Enyimba local, I did not mean it in a derogatory manner, if it sounded so. I am talking about the scope of recognition and manner of operating things.

Note, Shell has white expartriates, working in Nigeria in mass.

Fatai Osho, Abdu Maikaba, Gbenga Ogunbote and Usman Abd’Allah all coached Enyimba in the past decade.
