But if you know you may not stay there long, use the rubber tiles.
Ceramic tiles will be more expensive than rubber tiles.

The two cables are good. Cutix cable is in the class with Nigerchin and kabelmetal. You can't compare them to Coleman. Am not saying Coleman is good just that the second brand of it has flooded the open market if you are not buying from right source.

Also, what is the size of the building before I can comment on the quantity
