Boko Haram was a terrorist islamist group of extremists with a failed goal of establishing an Islamic state in Nigeria. They might be similar to IPOB/ESN in their terror and bloodletting but unlike IPOB, they never targeted hate speech at other ethnic groups nor started a radio station to spew hate speech endlessly at other Nigerians while expecting their support and votes.

Ibo politicians do not have to call Nigeria a zoo. Their tacit silence in the face of the extreme hate speech by Nnamdi Kanu and his brainwashed followers makes them heavily complicit.

Ibos need the North to succeed politically or secede successfully. Burning instead of building bridges is not only self-destructive & self-defeating but grossly illogical and foolhardy.
