It's quite unfortunate to read some comments here. When women are raped,they get the blame . Now they are being killed yet these women get the blame. And you start to wonder how such nation wants to curb atrocities. A nation where a criminal knows he would surely get away with murder or any crime at that because his victim will be blamed and not him.
