Who has done timed intercourse before ? What's the experience like. I don't menstruate, doctor want to Induce menstrual period to come before he start the timed intercourse process.

Yes dear. It's better you don't take high dose vitamin B6 before ovulation. Take after ovulation instead.

You can take vitamin B6 50mg the whole circle if you are not trying to conceive that circle. If your prolactin is very high you can decide to take Vitamin B6 straight for 3 months straight, you can decide not to TCC these 3 months. Add Bco. Try not to take B6 without Bco.

If your prolactin is high then work on it. You may think you are ovulating and not. Secondly, how's hubby sperm? If not good enough work on it.

From your HSG report you can know if you have adhesions on your cervix. Also by checking physically. Speak with your fertilty doctor/Gynae.

If you have done a D and C before then get wobenzym, serrapeptase and yi mu cao and xixian cao. Get a Castrol oil, hot water bottle and do
self fertilty and Castrol oil pack. Do 4 days on and 3 days off before ovulation when actively TTC. You can do through out your circle until about 5 days before your period and during your period when not TTCing actively. Continue self fertilty massage and Castrol oil pack until you see results or do for 3 to 6 months.

Move people...TTC mamas move around. It's very important. Try stay healthy. Lose some weight if you are over weight. (Quite easy with intermittent fasting-google it, portion control and staying active)

Most importantly pray..keep praying until you see results.

If you can't afford dostinex( for high prolactin quite expensive)
You can try this for three months straight.
Take ewedu from beginning of your circle to ovulation. Take vitamin B6 after ovulation to when your period starts. Note, not before your period starts but till when your period starts. Vitamin B6 can help boost progesterone and you don't want it dropping before period incase you are pregnant. If you become pregnant speak with your doctor immediately so that he/she can give you progesterone. You need to continue with your progesterone suppliments until 16weeks.

Use immediately. Yes you can start immediately. Some women with PCOS symptoms actually starts seeing their period when they used it. If your period has not started and you don't even know when it will start.

Mamas whatever you are doing do not leave Castrol oil fertilty massage out. Infact I came across a lot of mamas who got their BFP while on fertilty massage. Do not do massage and packs after ovulation when TTCing. Stop right before ovulation.

At least 30mins brisk walk daily. Drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water daily. Jugging and robe jumb/skipping rope right before ovulation. You can do 5 days on, 2 days off.

Fairhaven Fertilitaid and Motility Boost. Very good with great results. Let him use them for 3 months straight, uninterrupted. He must stay away from sugary food, junks and unhealthy food. Drink at least 3 litres of water daily. Onions juice and honey or dates in morning about 20 minutes before food. Plaintain, groundnuts, tigernuts, watermelon, cucumber are very healthy food/fruits/vegetables that boost sperm health. He must stay away from alcohol and smoke. Very dangerous for his sperms. He should spend more time in boxers than pants. Free his instruments and let them breath fresh air always.

You can add other natural methods of bringing down prolactin, like the ewedu etc. Since your doctor is actively working with you I will suggest you talk to him. Fertilty blessings dear. May your BFP come sooner than you think in Jesus name, amen!

Try loose weight if you are overweight. Add some weight if you are underweight. Being overweight and underweight can greatly affect fertilty or stop regular periods.

While other experience mamas in this regard come and reply you let me chip this in. Whenever there is an ectopic sometimes you have adhesions and scars. Do fertilty massage and Castrol oil pack with adhesion suppliments. Make sure there is no infection in place. Untreated infection/PID will mostly cost ectopic pregnancy, adhesions and blockages. It is well.

Mamas receive your BFP in Jesus name. Whatever you are doing do not neglect prayers.

Please carry me along on the ttc 3yrs plus no pregnancy

Make sure those fibroids are not inside the womb/ uterine cavity. And also, if they change the shape of your uterus then they must be removed ASAP through surgery. If they are inside, it can stop you from conceiving. Even if it's just one small one. Speak to a fertilty doctor or a good gynaecologist. They can remove those insert the uterine cavity (inside the womb, the area where your baby will implant) with hysteroscopic surgery. This cost around 50k to 200k depending on which hospital or clinic you use.

Remember to take serrapeptase and/or wobenzym whenever any type of operations/surgery is done on your. This will help minimise or totally avoid scar tissues/adhesions.

Make sure you use a good diagnostic centre for those doing HSG. If your cervix is puntured or injured while doing HSG or any type of procedure scar tissues can form or develope in or around your cervix which could cause another delay...biko let's be careful and prayerful too.

So it too early to do any surgery again. I don't even want to think about it, am tired already. If things continue this way, I think have tried. At this junction, my husband is free to take any decisions as regards having children. I want my peace of mind .

AF was due on Saturday, I didn't see, and AF has never been late, so today I decided to test, and its two bold lines, God is good.

My darling sweetnesstwins...this was the message I saw that made me congratulated you. I didn't know you later lost the pregnancy. I am so sorry sweetheart. The God that did it before will do it again.

I also saw where you said your doctor did not allow you take progesterone when you wanted to. He said you have to wait till you can see your baby on the scan. Really!!? Some of these doctors are so inexperienced. How can he say that. That is why I don't wait for doctors in some of these things o. Seriously am lost for words right now.

When you get pregnant after a miscarriage or you have TTCing for a while before pregnancy start progesterone immediately o. Duphaston 10mg twice or thrice daily. Sometimes just tablet is not enough, you have to supplement with primolut N injection 250mg, 1ml, twice weekly. This is why you need a good doctor. If you can't afford this then look for a very good experienced pharmacist.

Your result is okay./within normal range Hope your test were done on circle day 2/3 and day 21? How is your husband sperm? Did he do SFA/sperm analysis? Let's see your scan if you did any recently. Did you do HSG?

I'm yet to see a man state whether he was a virgin or not when they come with their male infertility issues. I do not understand why women burden themselves with labels (virgins vs abortionists) when it is clear as day that TTC doesn't respect labels. Anyone can have hormonal imbalance leading to annovulation or fibroids/infection that blocks the tubes. Infections that can cause tubal blockage arent all sexually transmitted. A yeast infection plus douching will lead to it.

I believe you kept yourself until marriage for personal/spiritual reasons so be proud of yourself that you did. Unfortunately the reward for marrying a virgin isnt immediate pregnancy......because life just happens.

If you haven't redone a HSG after your myomectomy go do it to ensure tubal patency. Someone also asked about your husbands SFA...it takes 2 to procreate.

Hubby is yet to do SFA.
I did scan Feb. But will do a new one by Thursday. Also did HSG Feb. Tubes are patent.

It's just frustrating.
