I ordered my transcript from OAU but it is not being processed at all. I heard that because of the strike, workers in the senate have not been going to work for like two months now. How can I go about it, please?

Also, does anyone know how much it is to send two documents to Estonia (notarized certificate and passport photocopy) through DHL or any other means? And like how long does it take to get there, please?

I think Egypt is cheap compared to other, and I don't think Ethiopia is among the list of where to get visa.
