Most barracks across the country are quite porous. Last week I went to one of the police headquarters in a certain state on official assignment. I walked through the barracks, thorough the training grounds ,residential areas un opposed. Even taking pictures and not a single officer stopped me. I was expecting questions at least but nothing, nobody. Shame catch me self
