The Sheik did not condemn the murder, he only condemned the fact that it wasn't done "islamically".
Therefore, for the killing to be Islamically acceptable
1. It must be sanctioned by a Sheik or his representative
2. The offender should be slaughtered (on his neck with a knife and not by fire)
3. The offender must then be buried in a grave

Compare with Jesus Christ who says to those who were punishing and killing Him
"Father, forgive them, for they know not what they are doing"!
And Jesus is the best example of Christians

Does anyone know what blasphemous statement she made? Or what exactly happened?
I just read online somewhere that in a group chat for their clas, someone asked her how she passed very well the previous semester and she said na Jesus do am. 2 other Muslim students asked her to retract that statement, but she said Holy Ghost fire.
And the next thing they brought a mob to get her in class
I'm not sure this account of what happened is correct though, because it didn't mention anything about the prophet

That's another option most people can't even comprehend. In fact, it's so unthinkable that people rather settle with: "He doesn't exist" option.

I mean, it's possible that he exists and has all the powers. But he doesn't just care about what happens in the world he created just for fun.

For example, you can create a game and enjoy playing your game, but you have no iota of affection for the instruments you use in playing the game. As you play your game, the instruments wear out. Anyone that's gone so bad to be useful to you, you throw it out and get another.

IMO, the theory of an omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent God is plausible as long as "Love for the world" is thrown out of the equation!

May her soul rest in peace,but must say this,in life one need to be tactful n thoughtful,I understand hausa very well n I have listened to the audio recordings of what she sent to her class WhatsApp group,the concluding part where she said "manzon Allah din buran uba"was what got her into trouble,she understood hausa,she was supposed to know the volatile environment she lived in,she should have known the repercussions of such utterances especially by a non Muslim, anyone who understands hausa very well n want to be sincere will know what I'm talking about,most of the interpretation been spread about in the media are twisted out of sentiments, I'm not in any way justifying the barbaric actions of the fanatics but we should be proactive in securing our lives, it's only the living that talks about right or wrong, I'm commenting from personal experience.

Nobody gives a hoot if she insulted the prophet or not ( knowing how sensitive those abokis can be in their own lands, because they can't try such in the South, she must have carefully chosen her words).
Your narrative is the best possible outcome of what happened, she was framed for blasphemy so that their actions would be justifiable.
There have been numerous topics lately on how corpers, Christians almost lost their lives in a failed blasphemy frame-up.
What happened was broad daylight murder/honor killing. What then are they learning in the colleges and what are they being taught in the mosques?
