COngratulation
i told others they are still given first timer so people can confirmed it now
kindly drop documents submitted to her others too

cucumbar:
-VISA Alert!!!!…just got my passport an hour ago.

-First timer!

-No travel history or VISa stickers of UK, US or any of the first world countries.

-only had Dubai stamp(visited In march) and Brazilian visa( haven’t travelled yet) on my passport.Copies of Visa Stickers/stamps of Countries I had visited( kenya, Ethiopia and South Africa) were removed at VSF.

-Single! cool

-Passport was retuned to VSF in two days, so I thought I wasn’t given the visa( going by the narratives here).

- one month Tourist visa given with an instruction to report to VSF on a particular date.

Thanks to the gurus on this thread. It was the easiest process since I have been applying for visas. I’m so happy.

I dont think The Brazil Visa did oo
Cause i have someone here too a friend from nairaland land was given brazil visa and after coming back from Brazil he applied for france he was denied oo so for me i dont think it cause of the Brazil Stamp

i filled for a friend who has never travel before no stamp and first time he was Given so it only Gods know what they looking on applicant documents now for first timer

HRprof:

Congratulations
Your Brazilian visa sticker help you either you travelled with it or not it count, try and report to emabssy as soon as you return so that you would have issue next application.

Hello guys, I know this has nothing to do with this thread, but I applied for Austria tourist visa, I was refused based on this reason.

POINT 10

To evaluate the documents in your visa application, you were invited to a personal interview at the Embassy on May 3rd, 2022. The information given in the course of the interview was not credible because you obviously learned the itinerary by heart.

I intend to re-apply, but I'd like to know what changes to make. Thank you

I believe the chances are good so far as you’ve got the legal required documents for the process. Most Importantly your civil marriage certificate (l’acte de marriage), proof of the french nationals Identity and other supporting documents.
Though it seems barely few people have applied for a french spouse visa and with little info via this thread.

Guy, I have 2 quick questions for you.

- Do I have to adjust my travel Insurance for my new travel date to France? The initial plan was for 2nd - 10th of this month. New date is around month's end.

- Is France visa an entry visa just like the US or I have to get to France and leave within the period of the visa?

I would appreciate a feedback from anyone with answers

1. If your travel insurance cover the period you are traveling for the new date then no need but if not get a new travel insurance

2 . I don't understand what you mean by entry visa but all visit visa have their rules. US give 2 years but will be stamp in for 6 months by immigration. meaning you can not stay more than 6 months at a visit but France can give you max 3 months on your first visit either multiple or single entry. Multiple is to visit many times within 3 months of your visa duration while single entry you can only visit once and do not stay more than your visa duration.
