Most of the states need to invest more in Education at the primary and secondary level. I serve in Ebonyi as at 2017 and I know wetin my eyes see.

Even the Lagos that has a better public school than most states still has a lot of investment to do. Hopefully Sanwo-Olu and whoever comes after him continue the upgrading of these schools both infrastructure and teacher welfare wise.

anybody that attended a Nigerian school will tell you that infrastructure and teachers welfare, should be the least of your concerns, the entire academy system is flawed

I attended both private and public schools although my concept of public is military secondary school but I think most good public schools have similar standard of buildings and teacher quality, the issue here has always been the academic system, it’s backwards, very boring and outdated, my entire university education asides social development in that environment can be written with one book in comparison to the depth of knowledge available today, education in Nigeria is trash, people that know know, when the rich send their kids abroad it’s not because of ASUU or infrastructure, they know and see their friends kids
