I tavel to village during Xmas and decided to get a maid for my wife. We noticed the girl was always scratching her body but ignore it hoping that it was a minor thing we can treat with on the counter drug.
To cut the story short, the scratching has spread to my children even to my wife. I have been buying drugs from pharmacy with little or no effect.
I went to a nearby heath center and the nurse recommend that we should take GENTAMICIN 280 INJECTION. I decided to do Google search and found out that the drug a chance of damaging once kidney.
Pls should we go ahead to take the injection or is there alternative.
Note: I called the girl's mother who is not well informed, she said they took the injection and the bacteria has disappeared. My fear is the possible future outcome. Thanks in advance for your professional advice.

Please don't take 280mg it has been banned and can cause kidney failure the highest should take is 160mg a day 7 and 12yrs can take 80mg once a day 3 and 5 should only take 40mg once a day Everybody takes it for 5days Ensure everyone in the house runs an HIV and Hepatitis B screening |

Please don't take 280mg it has been banned and can cause kidney failure the highest should take is 160mg a day
7 and 12yrs can take 80mg once a day
3 and 5 should only take 40mg once a day
Everybody takes it for 5days
