When Russians lock in to fight and their artillery kicks off - no national on this planet can defeat on the ground. There’s a reason why Russians call artillery “the God of war”. That’s their doctrine.

I saw it on a NATO military correspondent’s Twitter account! It’s not projection - it’s a fact.

Anyone with a brain with military background would understand that based on what’s happening on the battlefield - it’s the safest option if they don’t want to end up being massacred by artillery. They’re almost surrounded. The place is going to become another Mariupol by next week.

They are doing all this with a huge number of their forces still located in Belarus apparently waiting for the Polish planned maneuver to happen towards the western parts of Ukraine. The way they easily trapped their opponents makes it difficult to have a successful ground war against the Red army, and this is why Pentagon is calling for a ceasefire. They knew Ukraine no longer stand a chance in this war, especially now that Russia is increasingly blinding NATO AWACS as such that is becoming more difficult to give the Ukies real-time Intel for accurate artillery and missile targeting. So it's not surprising that they are now talking of a diplomatic solution to the crisis. Ukraine is losing up to 500 men almost on daily basis.

Russian doctrine and use of artillery is second to none. Ukraine never had a chance from day 1. Russians just held back and played it soft from the beginning due to brotherly bond. But the gloves are off a bit now (now even fully off).

Zelensky needs to consider other peaceful options because it is evident he will lose this war and huge part of territory. He'd have opted for the type of agreement Russia had with Chechnya - to form a Chenchen Republic inside Russia.

Negotiate to have Luhansk and Donetsk as Republics inside Federation of Ukraine. That way, you don't outrightly lose the land, natural resources and sea ports in these areas.
