It seems i can't live without it.

I know someday i will be caught and embarrassed and get my pictures uploaded online for this crime.

I'm afraid, i need help.

The problem is that u lack self control. You need to discipline yourself. The environment are u staying is as well contributing to it becos this kind of thing can only be possible in public houses.

Please, first of all ask God for mercy and be a genuine born again Christian, then go on a 3-day prayer and fasting. Be determined to break the yoke of the addiction upon you.
I pray that by the Blood of Jesus every yoke of addiction is broken over you.

Mr. Op, you're suffering from addiction that has lasted for six years of your life. You will not be able to stop it simply because you know is bad, and that you want to stop it. It doesn't work that way.
Simply put, addiction is when you can't control a particular behavior even when you know is against your well-being or reputation as the case maybe. In other words, it's a kind of conditioning which create a circuit in your brain � that makes it works like an habit, once it is triggered, the process has to be completed. This is why you feel this compulsive behavior at the thought or sight of someone going to the bathroom or place, you can't stop yourself until you do it. Your brain releases certain neurotransmitters called dopamine which make you feel good about the act. Your pleasure system, at this level, has taken over your ability to discipline yourself.

Mostly, what causes this behavior is lack of access to sex, p*$$y and all that. Now , the lack of access to these things make you overrate and begin to worship them. But if you expose yourself enough to these things, over time, your desires for them begin to deminish; that is if you do not become addicted to them.

Finally, if you find someone and date, and the need for this behavior still insist, please go for a therapy. Do not wait to be caught, it will cost you more than you ever imagined.

Bro what you need to do is to discipline you body and engage yourself in serious prayer and fasting and when that strong irresistible urge comes, without delay go to your room in your privacy, go on your knees and pray seriously and while praying use a cane, belt or any wiping tool and scourge you body seriously. It will help tame your flesh because d body hate pain and it can do anything to avoid it and when ever the thought comes again remind yourself of pain you felt during d previous wiping of your body it will help calm your body down. And never give up, keep fighting and take seriously this instructions you will overcome by God's grace

The only solutions to your problem… Discipline, counseling and Deliverance, else the day e go red for you is that day you go peep at your mother in law. Consider yourself as dead man that day.

When you get to the point of lamenting for help then know that your breakthrough is on the way. Jesus says come to me those who are wearied and heavy burdened and I will give you rest. You can see that something is missing in your life and that thing is rest. It's not the kind of rest the world gives but true rest comes from the living God. The world will give you types of rest like; you have to be self-disciplined, you have to see a psychiatrist, you have to get busy and all sorts of advice. True rest only come from God our Lord Jesus Christ. You have opened up yourself for demonic spirit through filthy scenes you normally watch; pornography, masturbation and all forms of sexual perversion scenes. Your eyes is a gate way that made the spirit of the firmament to take hold of your life. Devil is very crafty; he may use the avenue to destroy you if you don't make a decision fast that will turn your life around. All you need to do is to surrender your life to Jesus Christ and the rest will take care of itself. There is power in the name of Jesus. The moment your pray about the situation in the name of Jesus deliverance take place. Before you say the prayer below, you need to confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
