Sometimes the problem of this country is all of us. Someone who needs help posted something online about his addiction which is very bad instead for some of you to keep quiet if you have nothing to say you quickly jump on the topic to show ur foolishness and backwardness. Well I appreciate those that made meaningful contributions as I bliv it might go along way to help the guy in question. As for the OP you did well by bringing this thing up here and I will advice to take the reasonable advice you see here and deglect the foolish ones because for you to bring it up here it means you actually feel guilty of the act.

My take is you need to discipline yourself not everything is spiritual, and most at times what we need is discipline and pastor laying hands on ur head. Whenever you see ur female ngbrs coming from the bathroom instead of allowing the thought of lust coming over you try as hard to defeat the spirit by locking yourself up inside your room by doing this daily, weekly you will find out that self control is actually what you need and with time such habit will leave you. as a man and human u should be in control of of actions and even thoughts. Bt u have allowed ur indiscipline to become a habit or addiction.

There are two remedy to this problem
1. Get caught & get embarrassed(this will live an psychology damage inside u, it help refrain you from it...if the thought arise
2. Live in self contained or flat ( for privacy, n knowing not when your neighbor is bathing
