Considering the insecurity level in this country, and how girls are constantly being used as sacrifice by desperate people for quick riches, to how you might consider her cheap because of how she easily granted a stranger like you access to her number, to how she might even be a thief who can follow you home and rob you once you blink...I'd say it's not wise.

I myself I don't approach strangers on the road no matter how beautiful she might be, if we meet in the church, or maybe in a registration center like voters card, NIN...etc. we can talk for some minutes, exchange numbers, then pick it up from there.
