Many religions teach that bad people will burn in hell. But is that the will of God? What does the Bible say about this?

According to the Bible, God created the first human pair perfect. (Genesis 1:27) He placed them in a paradise garden and gave them the opportunity to live forever. However, the first humans, Adam and Eve, had one restriction--not to eat from a certain tree. They disobey and reap the deadly consequence of death.

Had Adam and Eve been in danger of burning in hell, would not God have warned them about such a punishment? The fact is that he(God) mentioned nothing about suffering after death. How could they suffer? They did not have immortal souls that would survive after death. The Bible makes this very clear at Ezekiel 18:4 which says in part--"The soul who sins is the one who will die."

As the Giver of life, our Creator knows all there is to know about life and death. He tells us in his Word that “the dead know nothing at all, ” (Ecclesiastes 9:5). That is why Adam and Eve could not suffer in a fiery hell after their death. They simply returned to the dust and ceased to exist. They "know nothing at all.”

So, then, is it reasonable to believe that people suffer in hellfire for their sins, when Adam, the one who brought death upon the entire human race, simply became dust after dying?​ If both good and bad people die and nobody experiences suffering after death, what is the final punishment for those who continually do bad things without remorse?

Anyone who refuses to conform to God’s laws will be punished with “the second death.” as stated in Revelation 21:8. This is the death from which they will never awake.

So it is clear from what the Bible says, that bad people who continually commit willful bad acts without remorse will not burn in hell but will be destroyed.

Hell simply means "GRAVE" and after the destruction of Satan, demons and all evildoers DEATH and HELL (GRAVE) will no longer exist! Revelations 20:14; 21:3-4

What was Adam before God filled him with ruach, the breath of God also known as the air or wind of God, alternatively called life-force, that was breathed in to Adam's nostril.

I tell you, for free, what Adam was. Adam was a dead soul before the life-force was breathed into him. Here's the point, souls are not immortal, meaning, souls being combustible, as soon after they get destroyed by fire, they cease to exist.

Death and hell, end up in the Lake of Fire to be destroyed, as for souls, that are in same lake of Fire, they dont burn in it for eternity, past already being destroyed

Is the first death a temporary kind of death or what?

The statement in bold is pretty vague. According to Jesus Christ, one must be born-again in order to gain access to the Kingdom of God where Heaven and Hell(eternal damnation) are domained in. Unbelievers have no part in Heaven or Hell.

Yes, the first death is temporary but the second death is permanent ( no resurrection from it).

The first death is due to sin inherited from Adam, according to Romans 5:12.

According to the Bible the sin-atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ makes possible “a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” (Acts 24:15) The Bible foretells that those who return from the dead during the millennial reign of Christ will undergo a period of “judgment” that will afford them opportunity to gain eternal life. (John 5:25, 28,29) But gaining a favorable judgment will require that persons repent and turn around from their former evil ways, according to Acts 3:19.

Individuals who do not feel sorry for their sins against God, and who are unwilling to bring their lives into conformity with God’s righteous standards will experience the second death and permanent this time.

Hellfire is the old trick that religious corporations use in scamming the gullible.

There's no part of the human nature that keeps living on, nothing like ghost, spirit or soul.

Man was never created for any purpose outside the earth that's why angels were created to serve outside our planet.

I became a sinner because Adam was a sinner. Jesus paid the price of sin with his blood, why haven't I become perfect again? I was not born yet when Adam sinned. I was not born yet too when Jesus paid for the sin. Why am I still a sinner?

Why do I have to receive my rewards for good deed only when I die? If there's paradise where good people go after death, why do the clergy pray against death? Why don't they just die and go to heaven?
