It's not banned in Nigeria. Only banks are not allowed to process Crypto transactions from exchanges. The law is on the banks, not on individuals. He can still do a peer2peer transaction. Seankafor should still be careful before those Police Officers misinterpret the law and hold him for their cut.

As we no get mexicans for here, I don tire to dey cut grass for my garden myself cos i no fit dey pay £50 per cut. So last year i ripped it all up and put artificial. Now the lawn dey nice all year round
