Thank you sir. I received a procedural fairness on charge back on my visa application. Please sir, I want to make the payment, how do I go about the payment. Anon123:
Please pay through a genuine source that you trust or by yourself. Ensure either ways, you have the evidence of payment sent to Ircc with an explanation as to why the charge back happened and what you have done to rectify the issue.

oh ok. we already got admission to georgian college but preferred the lambton due to being a 2 year program. In that case we may have to go ahead with Georgian College If he seeks to remain in Canada, a two year course would do. Applying for one year means, 6months to the completion of the first, you will need to apply for another admission and apply for a visa extension which is another work with ircc. Therefore to finish school and focus on other things, go for a 2years 2 Likes |

PGC AND PGD are one and the same. It's always called Ontario College Graduate Certificate. You can apply for this if you have a 1st class, 2.1 l, 2.2 and maybe 3rd class(chances are very very very slim)
A 2yrs course qualifies you for a 3yrs PGWP.
Yes you can but please note, an open spousal work permit takes 12months, so your husband application might be delayed fr a long time but a decision will be made on the visiting. Approval here is dependent on the person applying for a study permit(primary applicant)
Regarding the bolded, do you mean even if the applications were submitted together, they will still delay for the spouse? Would a visit visa have been a better choice and they sort a work permit when one gets to Canada? 1 Like |

Restwell: Hello Balina, Applying for the caq is quite seemless. You'll patiently need to go through the links on the quebec site.
I'll advise you start with the summary page on Concordia's site about applying for the caq.
https://www.concordia.ca/students/international/immigration.html
Firstly, you will need to create an account after which a checklist of required documents will be sent to you.
Secondly, you will upload the required documents and wait for the caq to be processed. Strongly advise you start with the payment of your acceptance fee and the caq immediately.
Was it expressly stated that you must send your official transcript before applying for the study permit? You can see the deadline for sending the transcript in your admission letter.
Cheers.
Thanks for the reply. No it was not stated that I have to send official transcript before applying for Study permit. It is a conditional admission and to fulfill the condition means sending official transcript and paying acceptance fee before July 31st. PLEASE I have a couple more questions: 1. While applying for CAQ, will I have to apply for study permit separately? and do I need to complete 1 before starting the other? 2. If I begin the CAQ and study permit process now, how long would it take to get my Visa if everything goes well, just a rough estimate of the weeks. Thanks |

CharitoJames: Please is it possible to get PPR request without getting a mail from IRCC? No, not possible. IRCC always send email regarding any new request on your application, PPR inclusive. But in some cases, the email(s) from IRCC ends up in the Trash/Junk/Spam folder, so it's advisable to always login to your portal to check things occasionally or at least, keep up with all folders in your email, to not miss it. 3 Likes |

hi fardowsa I'm also in the same shoes as you, I've filled form A for over 3 weeks now and my mum's account haven't been debited, the status is still at adb reviewer . I'm also in the same age bracket as you, already submitted my study permit application which by God's grace I will get ppr anytime soon. I sent you a mail, you can reply if you don't mind. If I may ask what school is that. Mashallah Fardowsa: hi Derick01. omo you heard right, I am not trying to scare you or anything. But I am saying this cos i can relate. By God's grace, I am supposed to be leaving for Canada in the fall. I am going as an undergrad, 17 yrs. I've made all of my tuition payment using the Form A method. The initial deposit my school requested was processed by the CBN. That just took like a week in general (filling the form, getting the approval, and the bank disbursing the funds to flywire who then sent it to my school). I am currently trying to pay my second deposit so i can even add it to my visa application sef. My dad is my sponsor. The second tuition deadline was in March ending, I had filled and submitted this Form A 2 weeks before the deadline hoping it would all be over in a week just like the initial but God had other plans. Here is how it went and how its going:
So the first form A the CBN rejected it, after waiting for odidi 2 weeks, ( i had exceeded the deadline, i had to start sending mails to my school to inform them that it wasn't my fault, that the money was still being processed, * i cried* ) My dad has a friend that works in the CBN, so he contacted his friend, his friend linked us to someone who works in the form A field as that wasn't his line. ( we used UBA bank, but the reason of rejection was that supposedly, UBA doesn't process college funds. And they were the ones that processed the first one o. we sha mailed them and the bank customer care said the same thing). After seeing the issue, then the man advised us to apply again but with my dad's GTB account instead as he has an upper hand in GTBank and one other one like this. We applied again, The man helped us fast track so it could get on the bank's disbursement queue as soon as possible. they didn't do anything to my form until 3 weeks later(ADB_DISBURSEMENT REVIEWER). By this time, it was already the middle of April. We contacted the GTB customer care, and they told us to get in touch with the account officer. We started talking with the account officer, he was just telling us to calm down and that he didnt know why the cbn wasn't releasing funds.( i was annoyed). This went on for almost 3 weeks, my flywire payment had expired and i had to make another. Anyway, long story short, one of the accountants in the bank my dad picked to process the funds called us one day and told me to send some documents. After i did, 2 days later, they removed my dad's money. i was so happy. For the past 1 month plus. We thought they would have started to process the funds to send to flywire, up until we called the guy that called us from the processing bank branch, who now explained to us that that nothing was being done yet. (AH!) after 4 days! i was already wondering if we were duped He now explained what was happening( allegedly the funds i requested wasn't what was displaying on their system, it was displaying exactly double of what i had requested) we had to apply for another one. I think those working there already know my dad for repetitive Form A because they approved it the next day . Now we are waiting for the bank to send the money to flywire. IN SHORT, WE NEVER FINISH.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU 1 Like 1 Share |

Hello nairalanders, I applied for my study permit visa and I was refused. I'm 18years of age, admitted at University of Alberta for the fall term 2022. Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds: • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements.

Congrats to you Hubmon I am glad to be part pf your success study, Canada cant wait for your shine.. And hope you keep dedicating yourself to God even after you have gotten your Visa.. It ha finally ended in praise.. Peace Hubmon360:
Long Post Alert!!!!!! When Jesus says yes nobody can say no. Fam the Lord name be praised. I fasted and prayed 3 times a week and dedicated myself to the Lord completely during this time, my prayers also went with bible passages on Proverbs 21 vs 1 - The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes. I changed mine with the same context adding the immigration officers heart is in the hands of the Lord, and He would turn the officers heart in my favor. Also 2 Corinthians 1 vs 20 - For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. In my context God's promise for me is Yes and not no, so therefore no officer can delay my application. My journey actually started in 2016 December, but to cut the story short I was officially able to apply in May 23, 2021 but was denied in October 19, 2021, my second application was in December 2021 which was also denied March 14, 2022, My 3rd app was April 2 approved June 7th. I had to defer from September 2021 to September 2022 as my program only starts in Fall.
Timeline of all My application Age 32 years 1st application applied may 23, 2021 Did upfront 31, May Upfront medical updated June 8 Eligibility started September 27 Delayed October 19, 2021 Reason - Personal asset and Financial status
2nd application Applied December 20, 2021 Upfront Medical Updated February 15, 2022 Eligibility started March 1, 2022 Delayed March 14, 2022 Reason - Purpose of visit ...... I caused this reason because I applied with only 3 pages LoE and no Sop which got the visa officer confused and requested for better explanation of my reason to study
3rd application Applied April 2, 2022 had to go for another medical on the 24th of May as My previous medical is supposed to have expired, even as my gcms notes states it would expire 8th of June. Eligibility started June 6, 2022 PPR June 7, 2022
