Please gurus in the house help a brother, these issue is eating me up and l need tactical suggestions and directives.

I work in a school as the assistant administrative officer and the school has accepted to sponsor my studies in Canada so l can come back to add more knowledge and business strategies after studies but the major issue now is how do l coordinate the waec period and HND in order to convince the visa officers. Hello nairalanders, I applied for my study permit visa and I was refused. I'm 18years of age, admitted at University of Alberta for the fall term 2022.
Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit
application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements.

My sponsor was a board member of my high school who has promised to sponsor the overall best student to study in Canada.
Documents submitted:-
-Application form
-Birth certificate
-passport
-LOE
-Proof of funds by sponsor - N12m
-Entrance Scholarship from school - $8000 CAD
-Tuition deposit -$1000CAD
-My certificate of excellence as the best student
-WAEC certificate

I want to request for GCMS note.....

Pls. How can I address my refusal
@MrFrank @everyone pls help me......

The first step to tackling this issue is to order for your GCMS notes.

Without GCMS notes, let the school board disburse the fund into your account and back it up with sponsorship letter and certificate of excellence or award.

This simple act will eliminate doubts of the VO: GCMS notes is still the best pointer though.

Hi Gurus in the house. Please I applied for admission into humber college and my application status says “no decision” after few days. Tho I am just about to finish my final class here and I indicated in the application. Does this no decision mean rejected as well ?
Tho they keep sending me information about the course applied and what I need to start like I got admitted but no admission letter.

Hello Nairalanders! please I need your help. I got my visa in October last year and immediately applied for my kids. Since then, no response. I traveled ahead and left my kids behind because school was resuming in April but it was the hardest period of my life.
I spoke with my program coordinators and they allowed me come back home since my courses were virtual.

This is my dilemma: After doing the Canadian life for a few weeks I’ve seen how difficult it’ll be for me to combine school and 2 toddlers (2&4 year olds) without my husband (he’s staying back) and I think I should wait for both of them to be of school age first. Even if I want to come with them, I’ll have to reapply and with all these IRCC long waiting times, the visa may not come in time for me to go with them in September. If I abandon this study visa (it expires in Feb 2023), will I have issues getting a new one when I’m ready (maybe in 2 years)? What would you guys honestly advice?

Good morning family, please I'm.filling my imm1294e form and there are some sections thats a bit unclear.
1. For the cost of study I'm going for a 4 year PhD program, does this means tuition for a year or for four years ?
2. Similarly does the funds available for my stay means for the entire duration of program or per year?

3. I received a fully funded scholarship when indicating my fees would be paid by other do I simply write "Scholarship"?
Note I had previously chose "No" in the eligibility page inquiring about scholarships because the awarding institution in this case my University wasn't listed among the awarding bodies

Pls guys help me clarify, thanks again

Hi I may not be able to advice on the if you will get a new one. But these are my thoughts.

i. There is a certain amount of money you are expected to bring into the Canadian economy(you brought the tuition fee but the funds to take care of yourself will not be utilized in Canada)

ii. Did you make a verifiable case officially on the reason why you need to return. Was there a formal request and an approval? (this could come in handy when you need to reapply)

iii. If you abandon the study and reapply when they are the right age. I believe you will need to put a proper LOE for why you abandoned the study and prove to them you are indeed ready and have made proper considerations for all you did not in the previous application.

Wish you well.

You can apply for visiting visa or sowp for your spouse provided you have the funds, but make sure you have a convincing home ties spelt out in ur sop

I think you should write to IRCC Nairobi office to inquire why your child’s VV validity is only 6 months. Under normal circumstances he should get 2 years validity same as yours.
This is my experience...In early 2020 applied for a VV for my family of 3. After PPR, my Passport and that of my spouse was stamped with 10 months visa even though our passport was still valid till Jan & Dec 2023 respectively. But our toddler daughter got her VV up till her passport expiry

date (her VV was valid for 44 months). Weird right!

I wrote an email to IRCC Nairobi asking why our visa was not given until passport expiry date as the norm and citing the case for our daughter. I mentioned this might have been an oversight error or typo and requested if they could review the visa validity.
I got a response back after a few days to resubmit our passports for the changes. We had to pay transmission fee again for 2 passports. I got back the passports with visa validity extended up till passport expiry date. Note, old visa counter foil was cancelled and a new one was issued.
All the best.

Thank you for this
UPDATE: I wrote an email to Abuja immediately I received the passports,I got a reply about to days later that I could extend it upon arrival or alternatively I could send the passport back to them,I picked the later.I sent the passport back to the address they emailed me(which directly to the embassy and not VFS), I have received the passport back and the right duration had been affixed and the previous one was cancelled with prejudice

i dont think you have an issue with the years you got ur WAEC and HND.
the most important thing is to establish a convincing purpose of visit by choosing a course that either shows academic progression or that is in line with your current job.

Good morning NL families,

I got a medical request this morning for a family of 3. I'm the primary applicant, anyway.

Please what is the chance of Visa approval after passing medical?

2. Which of the facility is faster to have the medical done? Qlife or IOM? Abuja or in Lagos?

Your contribution would be highly appreciated.

Thank you

I think the probability of approval is very high.

for your medical go to IOM Abuja. those guys are very fast, and coordinated. Many people i have referred there got their Medicals updated after 2 or 3 days

Thank you

Hello good morning to you I see you have repeated your questions multiple times to save you the stress I don’t think there’s any loan Organization that offers this type of loan you are looking for…
Your best bet is either personal funds / loan from banks I.e if they would give up to that amount.
