Maybe he druged her, did the do and took photos while she was knocked out. She probably knew he had her photos hence she was playing it cool with him until he released them online. She thought there was nothing to loose anymore so she decided to make him pay for his crimes by involving the police.

Did you read what you quoted? How can you have sex romp without consent of the other party? How can a journalist not find the words to describe what he is saying. You should be more concerned about the journalist contradicting himself than concluding that it was rape
